"Aren't you done yet?" asked Arjun.

"Just one more item." I said and picked the last item which was on my list.

I took the items to the cashier and when I was about to pay Arjun gave his card to the cashier. I gave him a warning look but it didn't work.

"Don't give me that look Mrs.khanna, you are my friend and I can't let my friend pay."

I sighed in defeat because I knew he won't take a no for an answer. But I will pay him back.

I collected the items from the counter and we went out of the store towards Arjun's car.

"what's going on?" he asked as soon as we got into the car.

"What do you mean?"

"Your husband is working tirelessly since you came, I mean he loves to work but he is overworking and tiring himself and you are buying some weird stuffs. So the real question is what's up with you both actually?" he asked.
