When QinZhi saw his appearance as though he was wronged, she couldn't help but roll her eyes at him. He was being too pretencious. What she didn't know was that he was really remembering his first encounter with that fellow Lu Chang Yao. Hearing anyone describe the guy and what he knew about him, always makes him wonder if he was the one that sees things wrongly.
It was as if his skills had also beautified his character, and thus he was suspicious.
He planed to ask him how he pulled it off when they met. Of course it was just out of amusement. At the current stage he had reached, he cared less about things such reputation.
Perhaps for him this was part of the price hr had to pay for reaching his level of martial arts.

She was like Li Xin and the moment she heard about his going to the sea, understood he was indeed focused on the martial path.

It is understandable, after all when one reaches this level, their confidence is also still there as such they would not mind taking some risks.

Bi Yun was just strong, and in the Demon sect, had no opponents that could suppress her.
Once she made a move, even his grandfather the supreme elder would just be injured or killed in the process. In the current world, not many figures had reached the Unrivaled stage an Bi Yun having her current accomplishments was not bad.
She also couldn't win against Li Xin all this time, because their is a chasm in their level, and only a few people know it. Others probably thing the two are standing on the same heights. But those that know also can tell how frightening a figure Li Xin was.
He was at Unrivaled stage at such a young age, and thus had more chances to go further. Bi Yun was even younger than Li Xin and she might step in that stage at any time, then, who could rival her. With the current strength of the Demon sect, at the time, she might be able to run rampant in the world, as long as she didn't go around offending those legendary existences if they really existed.
In the demon sect, anyone could challenge the sect master fir his position as long as they had the strength.
It was obvious that Mu Chen had some self-awareness to understand his inadequacies. Instead of trying to get stronger and challenge the current sect master, he wanted to gain power through schemes.
The thinking was beautiful, but narrow-minded, after all their sect was not necessarily a darling of others. Everyone seemed to want to take a bite at them, scheming to kill the strongest person in the faction was stupid.
The old guys present in the demon sect with strength rivaling that of Bi Yun would probably not be willing to be involved in any conflicts. Some have their lifespan on the clock while others are trying to see if they can take another step.
In a way, they would like the situation of the sect to be stable.
Stability can only be gained through strength. It was probably the reason that Bi Yun managed to gain control over the demon sect without much resistance.
But even so, she was not foolish as she even found ways to hide her chances of being promoted to the 8th stage.
No one can blame her, even Li Xin, who seemed to be crazy when he said he was going to stay in the sea, hoping for a chance to make some progress, but he was misleading the crowd.
His goal was something else and the reason he left on a boat with Qin Zhi was clearly to accomplish it. Other things were secondary, such as trying to train his saber in the sea region.

He might have been speaking in riddles, and even if he was not, no one cared, since any further improvement is considered stepping into the legendary stage.

Perhaps the internal energy at this stage was refined much more than even the current Li Xin or its use was much more subtle, but that was it.
Such a situation did not seem to warrant any caution from others at all.
But in the end, someone like Li Xin did not seem to care much about the control of internal energy.
His concern was about making progress and not everyone was as confident as him. Most of the people wanted to be more practical.

Having some kind of authority in this aspect seemed more like a secure thing when looking at their future.

For Li Xin, it was more than just that, he was more interested in seeing the impact of becoming stronger on his Lifespan.
It was obvious that even Bi Yun that had cultivated the same stage as him in the martial arts technique wanted to see if the legendary stage was true.
More importantly, she could feel it, there was still a way to keep improving, as for Li Xin this feeling was probably mutual.
The existence of the panel for him seemed to increase his boldness in pursuing higher levels.

When the boat they were on reached the ship, Li Xin seemed to be lost in thoughts.
"This ship seemed to bring back memories that I had almost forgotten." he thought to himself as he stepped towards the deck of the ship, from the boat. Unlike Bi Yun, Li Xin and Qin Zhu walked toward the ship the Divine Healer was in without hiding.
QinZhi seemed more excited than even him, as she was about to see her crush.
