I was drinking wine under this tree from this corner of the market when a woman appeared and was holding a bottle of wine.

"Huh? You're the only son of the great general Song Qin, right?" she asks. I simply nodded.

"Who are you?" I ask.

She sits a few paces from me and drinks her wine. "I'm one of the junior inspectors of the inspectorate office. My name is Cai Lin," she replied.

She grabs something inside her clothes. She opens it. It was dried meat. She offered her food to me. I grab one and eat.

"It's delicious, right?" she asks.

I simply nodded. "It is. What are you doing here? Don't tell me you're running away from your duties?" I joke. She laughed and pointed her finger in my face.

"I am. I was drinking this because I'm quite tired from my training. I'll go back in the office later on," Cai Lin replied.
