Brince - It's a mix of, him knowing WHEN he'll do it, and the girls not pushing for it. They all know what they mean to each other. So while a ring would be a physical representation of their relationship, it won't change the fact that they all know how much he cares for them, and them already seeing themselves as married to each other.
Ash - Nice to know the weird idea I had is liked.
Kaiser - Could just imagine her watching it be done, with a long ruler or pointer in her hands.
Wently - De-ageing Yin and sending her to HP sounds both hilarious, and interesting. I'm not sure where she'll go next, but I'll think on it.
Tryson - Yeah, giving Eri a little dragon just sounded right in my mind.
{Yin's POV}
As the explosions rocked the bay, I had to take a moment to just breath in, then breath o...- Lisa's head poked out from the side room I'd bought with my spare money turned credits, and she looked at me. "You going to handle that?"
Breath out.
I looked back at her, and calmly raised a brow. "You aren't?"
She looked at me like I was stupid, and I felt a tick mark form on my head. "Did you seriously just ask the squishy Thinker to go headfirst into the mad bomb Tinker's rampage? Do I LOOK stupid to you?" While she had a point, it was still fucked up.
Shaking my head at her, I sighed, and got up. "I'll be back soon. Try not to kill Alec or something."
Lisa snorted, and waved me off as she went back into her room. "I can work with that. Though, if you need anything, feel free to call. You've got good ol Tattletale on speed dial after all."
It was my turn to snort now. Two of those thongs just didn't belong in the same sentence as 'Tattletale.' "You are neither good, nor old, Lisa." Granted, she wasn't a villain now since Coil was swimming with the fishes, but she wasn't automatically a good person.
"You know what I meant!" I did, but it was fun messing with her.
Our byplay done, I walked over too, and peered into Alec's room. He was playing on an imported Ds from Aleph, and didn't bother looking up as stuck my head into his room. "I'll be back soon, try not to burn down my house."
That got a small laugh out of Alec, and he turned to me with a small grin on his face. "That was one time, and because Lisa was being Lisa. I'm all for staying here doing nothing of worth till the day we inevitably die."
I blinked, then nodded. "Got it... Anywaaay, I have things to do." And like that, I walked away.
It didn't take long for me to get to my door, and walk out.
Hitting the streets, I got a better look at the smoke, and chaos that had developed due to Bakuda's bombing. Even with Gamer's Mind keeping me calm, I was still a little pissed at Bakuda for doing this. So, as I started walking away from my house, it was reinforced to hell and back, so unless she time bombed my house specifically, which wouldn't actually do much considering it was protected by system, then nothing was going to affect it, I spoke in my mind. [Mother, you got eyes on the bitch?] We needed to end this as soon as possible. I knew that, and I was going to go through with it.
~I don't, not yet at least.~ Shit. ~However, I have three possible locations for her lab.~ Not shit!
[Great!] When I was sure no one was paying attention, and I was out of sight from CCTV, I ducked into an alleyway, and equipped my Macha set. Set on, I kicked off the ground, taking to sky. I went passed the rooftops, and formed a massive Nevermore underneath me. [Point them out to me, I'll flood the skies.] On my map, three buildings were suddenly highlighted, and I grinned. Raising my staff high, I channeled my aura, and felt it drain from me as shadows begun to loom over me.
I poured thousands of points in aura into this, and it showed when the caws started as one, then to four, then eight, and eventually, thousands. But I didn't stop. Just a few thousand crows, ravens and Nevermore weren't going to be enough.
So I ESCALATED.
{Taylor's POV a minute earlier}
As soon as the bombing started, I reached out to my bugs to figure out just what the hell was going on. As soon as I did, I got as clear of an image bugs could give, of the situation. Smoke was rising, flames were growing and spreading out everywhere, and people were dying...
And I couldn't help because I was at SCHOOL! (I should've just went with Morrigan's idea of doing online classes. Why the hell do I keep going to Winslow anyway?!) It was proving to be such a dumb idea, that I was considering just dropping out today, if it meant I couldn't help during a situation like this.
Thankfully, the school was being evacuated, since Bakuda had bombed a university before, so a school was a legitimate target for her... Which was all kinds of messed up, but this was how the world just was.
I, and a bunch of other students/faculty had made it out, when we saw something familiar. SomeONE familiar.
The Morrigan, she was Macha at the moment, was in the air, on one of her massive bird projections. All around her, thousands on thousands of other projections formed around her, and started blocking out the sky... Which was both terrifying, and eye opening since I could do the same thing with my bugs. Anyway, the caws were starting to be deafening, until they all stopped, and a humming filled the air. Then, it seemed like Macha wanted everyone to remember just how terrifying she could be when she raises her staff.
A ball of water formed at the top, just a small thing that I only saw because she let one of my flies close, that started to grow. A water balloon became a basket ball, which then turned into a midget, then a whole person's worth of water, to a small POOL.
And it just. Kept. Getting. BIGGER.
All it took was a minute for the pool to turn into a lake.
A lake hung above us, and The Morrigan's hum turned into words that I didn't even need my bugs to hear. "By decree of the The Morrigan, this ends NOW." And like that, she dropped the lake over the burning parts of the city, while her swarm of bird cawed in response. The sound of a lake falling onto the city was weird, but it took second fiddle to the fact the fires were extinguished, and the explosions stopping.
But she didn't stop there. Her swarm descended onto the bay, and through my bugs, I saw them break up into five different groups, each being led by hundreds of those 'Nevermore' she created, as they sought out the ABB. Watching them work, I wanted to do something like this too. To just put the fear of god in assholes hearts by threatening them with an Egyptian plague.
But then I'd have the PRT on me, so I'd let Macha deal with that. I blinked, and casually tilted my head to aide, and thought about that. (... Does that make me a bad friend?) Thinking down that train of thought some more, then shook my head. (Yin doesn't care. She'd probably snort if I said that.) With that thought, I focused on the swarms taking to the streets, the only sounds we heard were the cawing of thousands of birds, and the shouts of random people.
But then those sounds were drowned out by Macha humming an enchanting tune, one that if I didn't know she was naturally good at singing, would've taken me back. I didn't even NEED my bugs to here her either. Her voice was just being carried on the winds, probably on purpose for some reason.

All around me, whatever panic was going on, slowly stopped, and I figured out what she was doing. (A city wide calming power? Is she TRYING to get a Kill Order placed on her?!) I knew Glory Girl had an ACTUAL master power, but no one brought it up because she was Glory Girl. This was waaay different. Sure, people would understand, but 'singing', and the fear of master powers didn't go together very well. I shuddered at that thought, and just focused on Yin's singing. I knew it wasn't some kind of Simurgh lite power, so I'd just let her song play out.

When she got to that point, she stopped, and with the sight of my bug, I could tell she turned her head towards a specific part of the city, one where her birds were gathering en mass, as a new explosion shook the city. I followed her with my bugs, and found what she had.
Bakuda.
The bomb Tinker had a grenade launcher in one hand, and her other hand on a phone. Seeing Macha, she raised her grenade launcher up to the air, and fired through the swarm of birds trying to drown her with their bodies. Obviously, Macha avoided the blast, her bird WAS fast after all.
Though, even at Winslow, we saw the explosion The blast was like a miniature sun, but ice instead of fire. It killed some of my bugs, but I had enough to keep my eyes on the situation... Which seemed easy enough for Macha to start singing again.
"~Raven can you hear me?

I felt a small chill at that verse, and subtly looked at Emma. Sophia had been 'on leave', which translated to being jailed after Yin threatened to expose her with the video, and the history we had. Ideally, she was never going to come back, which kind of sucked since I wanted to punch her in her stupid face at least once. But oh well.
Anyway, without Sophia here, Emma was slowly breaking down. I recognized the signs, but I didn't know what I should do about it. I knew what I COULD do, tell her to fuck off and find someone else to stab in the back after being bestfriends for years. But I didn't know what I SHOULD do. (Should I... Should I try to reach out? I mean, Sophia's gone... Whatever she said or di...) It was while I was thinking about that, that Macha went onto the next verse of the song I never heard.

... Nevermind! I looked back towards the sky, and watched as the massive raven flew around, and watched as Bakuda was being drowned in birds, which were doing great against her. Biting my lip, I thought about her. Emma had done everything she KNEW would hurt me, I still didn't know why, and had betrayed me harder then anyone ever could. (Never... Never again.) I could try, sure. But there was NO guarantee for her to not do it again. I couldn't take that risk. To try and take her back, only for her to hurt me again later on. I had new friends now. Yin, who was both my team leader, and bestfriend. Lisa, the snippy bitch who despite being an ass, was fun to be around. Alec and his smartass self. Brian and Aisha, especially Aisha's brand of chaos. Hell, the Wards and Panacea are just as good as friends too.
I had people that were with it now. Once upon a time, Emma would've been worth it, but not anymore. She didn't deserve the chance to hurt me again, and she would never get it ever again.

Then she finished singing, and her bird dove towards Bakuda, who was disarmed, and shouting about how she'd 'make The Morrigan pay for fucking with her genius self.' Macha just laughed.
And when she got to her, Macha placed her hand on Bakuda for a moment, then I heard something through my bugs that made me pause. "ID create: Troll." And like that, Bakuda and The Morrigan disappeared. Only for The Morrigan to reappear a moment later. There weren't anymore explosions after that. The birds were still around, but they were dispersing to probably hunt down any ABB members that were still out causing trouble.
Seeing that, I took in the fact that no one was running away, and shrugged. (Well, they DID say school was cancelled for today. And it seems like I've got something to ask Yin.) That thought, I slipped away, and started making my way home.
{Yin's POV}
(So, you're SURE that works?) I had to ask, since I wasn't sure about it, but still went with it anyway. System scoffed, and I rolled my eyes.
[Of course it works.
That idiots failsafe doesn't have a 'In case I'm thrown into another dimension, blow it all up.
Unless they manually go off, those bombs will be inert.]
Well, that was good. Nodding at system, I made my raven take back to the skies, and looked over the city.
Bakuda's bombing run didn't go on for long, but the fuckton of explosions damaged a lot, and no doubt killed a bunch of people. Sure, I shutdown the fires, with a super ramped up Water ball to boot, but the damage was pretty much done. (Thank fuck for Serene Voice being useful as hell.) I didn't expect a CHA perk to be so useful on a wide scale like this, but I was tha...- System snickered, and I blinked. (System... What do you know?) Another snicker was system's immediate answer, and I felt my eye twitch.
[Oh nothing.
Just looking forward to how you'll deal with the speculation of being a human master on a city wide scale.]
I blinked, then started to figure it out... And when I did, I took a moment to think how this would be seen, and realized system was right... I dropped my head into my hands, and groaned. "Oh gods fucking dammit!" I didn't think that through. I just wanted people to not panic, and went with the first thought that went through my mind. I knew it'd work, but not about how it'd be taken. (Wait a minute... What about Glory Girl or Gallant? They do master shit too!) Sure, they masked it by calling it a 'Shaker affect', and saying Gallant was a Tinker, but we knew they weren't.
[They are both backed up by their team/organization.

I groaned again, and felt a headache forming. Not even the ding of a completed quest made me feel better. (I'll figure something out. If they try to treat me like Paige, I'll just drop the games, and beat the shit out of anyone that tries.) Thinking about her, I hummed, and put this out of my mind for a second. (I should call her soon. See how she's doing.) I was pretty sure the Disguising Amulet I gave her was still working, but it was nice to be sure.
... And now that I'd finished that train of thought, I sighed, and just waited. This was going to be an issue, I just knew it.

Earlier today, a new cape decided to make herself known to the bay in one of the most blatant ways I think any of us have ever seen. At around 11:15 AM, reports of a massive jet black bird started rolling in, as they usually don't, which was a sign someone new was in town.
Surprise surprise, someone is.
Today, the cape known as 'The Morrigan' debuted in Brockton Bay, and pulled off something I doubt anyone has ever seen.
'The Morrigan', she also went by 'Macha', after calling herself an aspect of 'The Morrigan', took out the Archer's Brigade Merchants in one fell swoop(Heh).
That's right people, one cape took out the entirety of the Merchants cape roster.
Using what looks like a Mover/Shaker/Master kit, she beat down the Merchant's like bad children.

Miss Militia and Glory Girl were first on the scene, and are responsible for getting the name of our new cape.
She's also claimed to be an independent hero, and after a debut like that, I doubt anyone can say otherwise.

She was kind of creepy though. The mask she had on didn't have any opening, other then the eye slots, so we couldn't make out ANYTHING. Other then her red eyes and her hair, which looked kinda good now that I'm not staring down a bird bigger then a bus, and thousands of others...
There were SO. MANY. BIRDS... I might be a little scared of crows and stuff like that now...

Well gentlemen and gentleladies, it looks like our new cape decided the Merchant's weren't enough for her, and made another splash in the bay.
At around 10:45PM last night, one of the ABB casinos was hit by the Undersiders, the guys that come in and take anything not bolted down, and Lung didn't like that.
Not one bit.
So, after they peaced out, a new cape, not our avian overlord from the day prior, stepped in. The thread about her will be here.
Anyway, things didn't go to plan, and our new cape was about to learn why you don't take on Lung without any backup, when SHE arrives. Video of her arrival and subsequent OWNING of Lung is here thanks to some idiot that didn't run away when the rage dragon started ramping up.
That my friends is The Morrigan 'Aspect:Badb', as she called herself. Pictures of THIS version of her here here and here.
As you see in the video, she's most likely a Mover/Brute/Shaker or something along those lines. The birds are there, but they didn't actually do anything, so maybe she can't use them as well?
Who knows. Anyway, go crazy.

I know no one other then my fellow wards is seeing this, but Clock is pouting at Aegis, it's great.
A picture of someone sitting on a dismembered Lung wasn't something I knew I needed to see, but now I have, and I love it. Totally saving it.
(Btw, does she HAVE to appear with a cloud of birds with her? Or does she just like scaring the hell out of everyone? Especially with the way she dragged her scythe across the ground.)

Since the scythe is getting so much attention, I'd like to point out that its mechanical. Not sure if it's some kind of Tinkertech, but if you look closely, you can see the plates that make up the scythe. They're hard to see, since the thing is mostly black, and built magnificently, but you can see it. Makes you wonder if there are other forms for it.

A good question, and one I can answer!
With Lung, he and the rest of the Merchant capes will be held in the Rig until transport arrives to take them away. Lung will be getting caged, while the Merchants will be sent to prison.
We know the E88 has been the only ones not hit yet, and are keeping an eye on them in case they use this opportunity to expand. However, should anyone see them trying anything, feel free to call the PRT hotline.

First off, she's been here for a day. The fact she hit 2 out of 3 gangs in one day is good enough. If she WAS a Nazi, she probably would've done waaay worse then just capturing the Merchants or just knocking out Lung.
She could've easily killed Lung if she cracked his head open with her scythe. Or with all her beasties, she could've had them EAT the Merchants, instead of pecking them...
Aaand now I've scared myself...
But anyway... You get the point.

Well... She did it again. Today's *Victim* was the most feared enforcer of the Empire 88, Hookwolf.
An hour ago, 11:40Am, The Morrigan was on patrol with the cape who fought against Lung, and showed herself off... And maaan, she is something else.
Before we had Macha, a woman covered head to toe in 'armor', and clothing, leaving nothing to discern her features aside from her eyes and hair.
Then came Badb, a figure covered once again, but with a pure black cloak.
Now, we have 'Nemain', and oh BOY is this one different. Seen here is our new and most likely(?) Last 'Aspect', of The Morrigan.
As you can see, not only is she showing off more of herself then her counterparts, she seems to be... For a word... Jacked.
She also beat the dogshit out of Hookwolf, here's the video of that here. There are pictures of the end of that fight here here and here.
Before she engaged him though, she 'howled', then challenged him after she called him a 'child.' So, if that's to be taken seriously, she may be older then Hookwolf? She also displayed Brute/Mover/Changer powers during the fight, so that might be her set.
Don't quote me on either of those by the way.
Anyway, go crazy.

Mover: Fast, but Badb is faster, still faster then a car though. Changer: Wolf/Werewolf. I'll rip into anyone with any set of teeth, so don't try me. We can still use our 'projection' power, but instead of makin shit, Nemain coats it around ourself, giving us a forcefield that we use to beat the shit out of anything that we don't want to actually touch. Nemain can, if we use our full force, cause a small earthquake, between a 2 or 3. We know because we tested this.
For durability; we can eat hits or explosions that could level a city. We'll gladly dare someone to test this. We also have a healing factor, so if we're not dead instantly, we'll be back in a fight in under 3 seconds, easy.
Mover, we're faster then a lot of shit, but we've never checked.
Changer, we're an Arctic Wolf, and no. We just sprout fur, our hair grows wild, we grow claws and fangs, and our senses are heightened.
