[It's finally time for Assassin Seraphyne to awaken! I can finally see the light again. Being stuck here for so long and doing nothing made me feel like an eternity of waiting.]

The forest lay shrouded in silent serenity, broken only by the occasional rustle of leaves and the haunting calls of night creatures.

[I saw her fight a humanoid spider. I saw how she bet on her life to live. But she was too young and inexperienced in close combat. She was just a child.]

Six long months had passed since little Seraphyne's deep slumber began, a deep and vague rest that had left her presence nearly imperceptible.
