Daniel looked up as his office door opened and Ralph walked in closing it behind him.  Daniel immediately observed a look of concern across Ralph's face, which he quickly hid.

"What is it, Ralph?"

"What do you mean, Boss?"

"Stop trying to kid me, Ralph.  You were not able to hide the concerns across your face as you came into the room."

"Well, there is that problem with the land development in the country's north…"

Sighing Daniel said, "So which of my cousin's involved caused the problem?"

"All of them boss.  Thank goodness our partner's involved the project  contacted me quickly.  I am working to deal with it, but I suspect that you are going to need to head up there overnight simply to calm everyone down…"

"In other words, sweet talk the partners."
