Alisha thought about Jaylene lying in bed, unable to move due to her fever and replied honestly, "She's sick."

"Why didn't you take her to the hospital when she's sick?" Alexander Preston grew anxious and glared at Alisha. "Are you an idiot?"

"You're the idiot." Alisha glared back. Was she so stupid that she wouldn't know to take a sick person to the hospital?

"Why don't you open the door then?" Alexander shaking the door.

Alisha looked back at the bedroom and shook her head. "She said not to open it."

"You have to find a way." Alexander was really anxious. "Jaylene rarely gets sick, but when she does, it's terrifying. Alisha, hurry up, and don't waste time."

Alisha hesitated for a moment before opening the door. She then went with Alexander to Jaylene's door.

"Jaylene, Alexander is here to see you," Alisha cautiously spoke.

Seeing Alexander standing at the door, Jaylene frowned and complained, "Didn't I tell you I don't want to see him?"
