[You knew they would come for you?] Lyxor asked as Lucius walked into the dressing room.

"I suspected they would try to find who was behind Black Death, especially after I lost an arm in battle. It was irrefutable evidence." Lucius said as his skin tone darkened, and his lips cut open, spreading wide and far.

[That explains why you refused to regrow your arm even when I told you to.] Lyxor said as Lucius's mouth opened wide and he slowly began regurgitating something.

Blegh!

The briefcase containing his masks and black robes was vomited, covered in saliva. Lucius knew they may search for evidence that he was Black Death, so decided it was best to erase everything that may link him to the villain. 

Even if he fooled them with his regrown arm, his attire would have given him away. Thankfully, his calculations were on point, allowing him to avoid a great disaster.
