Lucius was sent flying through the door like a rag doll, rolling a couple of times before bouncing back to his feet. His gaze shifted to his left hand, which had been snapped like a twig.

The beast soldier managed to get a grip of his arm and to Lucius's surprise it exerted strength he had never experienced before. He could barely react when his arm got broken, and he was knocked out of the room.

Lucius looked around and noticed the soldiers stationed at the door were gone. They must have followed Tracy and the other scientists when they left.

The door leading to the corridor they entered was sealed after the lockdown announcement. The steel door looked like an impenetrable fortress.
