Lucius walked down the lonely path leading to the temple. He could see beasts observing him from the safety of the bushes, but none attacked him, this left him wondering what made these beasts so docile.

Following the path, it took Lucius nearly twenty minutes before he reached the temple of Anansi. Upon arrival, Lucius froze as he looked towards the temple with deep frowns.

While their whispers were low, he could hear them clearly. Hushed whispers could be heard from the temple, some whispering words Lucius could not make sense of.

'Spirits!' Lucius muttered in shock.

This was a sign that many people had snuck into these temples, but they couldn't make it out.

Lucius shrugged as he walked up the stairs leading into the temple. He was curious to see what kind of beings would threaten him in this haunted temple.
