Standing at the foot of the hill, Lucius wore a deep frown. He decided to wait a while and regain some lost strength, especially since the meteor was buried deep in this hilly wasteland.

The living conditions here were far too chaotic even for evolved beasts, and for that reason alone they avoided this place like a plague. The demonic forest behind did not attempt to chase up the hill, even deadly demon-threat-level beasts like this did their best to avoid this place.

Only now did Lucius realize how much of an unreal advantage he had over others due to the Hand of God ability. 

Worn out physically and mentally while also waiting for his injuries to heal, Lucius chose to spend an entire day at the foot of the hill. If it were anyone else, getting here would probably take them weeks on foot.
