章節 213: Complications

Lucius's figure glided through the wind as he flew through the window and entered his hotel room. Using his invisibility ability, Lucius was able to sneak past security and return to his temporary home.

"That was wild!" Lucius gasped as he took the mask off and collapsed on his bed.

He laid there, breathing heavily as he considered a few things. His journey today was a waste, especially since he didn't get any information out of it. They were back to square one, where they knew nothing about the enemy, but the enemy was much more familiar about them.

A buzzing sound could be heard, causing Lucius's face to lazily turn towards his phone. He picked it up from the bed and looked at it with annoyance. 

It was Second Lieutenant Skull calling.

"The explosion must have hit the news… He probably wants to know what happened." Lucius guessed before dropping his phone.
