章節 81: Fight For Love (I)

Conrad's POV 

As I stab this demon right through his chest, he stumbles on the floor… I slowly pull out the dagger into his chest as blood splatters across my direction while other blood rushes through his torso and down to the floor. 

"That's odd!" I frown as I take another glance at the dead demon laying down on the ground. I know that even the weakest of the demons is not that weak. That they would pack even the weakest of punch. But… Why does this demon not even make me sweat?

Then, my eyes wander around the forest, searching for the mastermind although only the fireflies and some fire torch give a light at the forest. I close my eyes, striving to found the mastermind's location yet nothing happens as if someone is blocking my vision. 

"F*CK it! I think that the demon knows my next move." I bite my lips as I last glance at the corpse demon.

"I have no time to ponder around!"
