All night, I had to listen to Marsella's wicked and perverted twittering. It was almost silly, honestly. This woman planning her future with Marquess Ross.

"I want to throw up," I grunted as I blinked weakly. My head was throbbing so hard. I kept my one eye open, seeing Luis rub my back gently. "God damn, Marsella."

"Good morning to you too, wife," he greeted in return for my profanity early in the morning. "I'll ask someone to prepare you some soup to soothe your headache."

"Thank you, love," I whispered, clearing my throat as I pulled up the blanket to shield my eyes from the light. 

Last night, I didn't know what time Marsella slept. All I could remember was a sudden blackout, and then I succumbed to sleep. I was forced to sleep, but even so, I could remember everything even before I could open my damn eyes.
