章節 3: Chapter 3: Time for Replacement
~Third POV~
Vale is located on the northeastern end of Remnant's largest continent, Sanus.
It is bordered to the northwest by shallow waters and to the southeast by steep mountains.
These geographic features make Vale a place of relative safety.
The Vale region is known to contain the City of Vale and several coastal cities, as well as Patch, a small island to the west.
Beacon Academy, one of the four main Huntsman Academies of Remnant, is located in the City of Vale, while Signal Academy is located on the island of Patch.
An attempt to expand the reach of the region to the southeast resulted in the ill-fated extension, Mountain Glenn.
Other areas of interest include the Forever Fall Forest and the Emerald Forest.
The island of Vytal is situated to the north of the Kingdom.
Merlot's Island was used by Dr. Merlot to help him continue his experiments after he destroyed Mountain Glenn.
Vale is a large city on the western coast of the Kingdom of Vale.
Vale has a large port area where passenger and cargo ships dock, including international ships from Vacuo and Atlas.
The cargo docks include large-scale container handling facilities, indicating that the port handles large quantities of goods frequently.
To the southeast lies a mountainous and uninhabited area, but it is also known to contain the ruins of Mountain Glenn, a failed attempt by the kingdom to extend the city's borders.
The location was overrun by Grimm and had to be fenced off from the rest of the city.
The commercial district of Vale includes numerous shops for the public catering to a variety of lifestyles and interests befitting its vibrant and diverse culture.
From Dust Till Dawn - a Dust shop that also sells books, tools, and other related merchandise.
A Simple Wok - a street-side noodle stand.
Tukson's Book Trade - a bookstore with a comprehensive selection.
Crow's Bar - a food and alcohol establishment with live TV access.
Junior's Club - a dance club with nefarious ties.
Clothing stores – stores that provide great style and comfort for the people.
Bakery – a place where food or bread is bought like cakes, bread, cupcakes, cookies, etc.
The architecture of the commercial district appears to vary widely, possibly according to socioeconomic factors.
While some areas appear to be surrounded by buildings with well-kept brick façades, holographic streetlamps, pedestrian crossing, and clear streets, other areas appear to be more low-income, such as those surrounding Junior's Club, which is characterized by metal, bare concrete, and powerlines.
The city of Vale also has a Town Center.
Vale's center has a small park in a lowered area, surrounded by buildings.
The area has grass and trees and the middle features a raised platform that functions as a stage for gatherings and announcements.
Currently in an apartment room building in the commercial district in Vale was none other than the 17-year-old reincarnated human Jae Green as he was thinking about how should spend his day while he closes his eyes, "It has been 17 years and a few days left before Beacon Academy starts. Absorbing plants keep me going for a while now increasing my aura reserves but getting a living person wasn't a good idea unless I want to attract the wrong people with useless semblances or reserves..."
Opening his eyes with a wide smile on his face he began to speak to himself with a hint of excitement in his voice, "But now I can go target one of the useless main cast in the story. After waiting for so long as well as researching my way out of this world."
Standing himself up Jae stretches himself to get himself in fit condition as he stretches as he spoke cruelly, "Alright for now I would try to find Jaune Arc so I can get his Semblance after that, his role will become null and void unless I take his place…"
He tries to think calmly about how he should go about the plot of RWBY with a serious tone analyzing his goals, "After I make sure I take his place I will have to act friendly towards everyone while obtaining their trust I'll be sure to get them vulnerable alone. If that fails forcibly absorb their auras into my own robbing them of their abilities."
While Jae was on the subject, he also had to be extra careful in this world as he spoke in a cautious tone, "Another thing to note is that I have to be very careful to the changes I make but I have to be sure that everything goes as the plot does. When the time is right is when I will backstab them, but I wonder if I can control them when the time comes."
As he thought of taking Jaunes place when he kills him, he sighs releasing out of his breath with a curious tone, "I have to wonder who will be the leader of Team JNPR this time around… would it be the same or rather a different name?"
With that, he gets ready to take his leave he left his apartment room and he spoke confidently with his voice, "Alright since Jaune should be around here somewhere in Vale the first thing I need to do is awaken his aura, absorb everything he has and leave him to rot."
With that Jae puts his plan into action the first thing he did was use his <Aura Manipulation> to hear the sounds of the thoughts of everyone in the airspace to hear where Jaune is so that he can take his role.

After what seemed like hours of searching for Jaune he managed to locate where he was as his thoughts seem to be at the Commercial District in Vale leading towards Junior's Bar, "Wait a minute isn't this the same route to Junior's Bar… huh… I guess Junior is pretty good to have that much information and know people to make fakes."
Jae stakes out the building on top of a building keeping his invisibility up just waiting for Jaune to get out of the club as he spoke to himself, "Seriously how long does it take for someone like him could do… my time is being wasted because of this fucker. Fuck I hope his worth the time I wasted."
Finally, able to locate Jaune as a tall young man with fair skin, blond hair, and dark-blue eyes. He is quite toned, having strong muscles in his arms, shoulders, and upper chest. He's wearing armor and clothing the same as in the beginning volumes.
Reading what was inside his head Jae heard the sound of his thoughts as Jaune thought to himself as he thinks that his thoughts are safe, 'Uh… that was nervous that bartender guy was scary! But those two bodyguards were pretty cute even if they were a bit scary… I wonder if I become a hero would I find a nice pretty girl too?'
Grinning at the scene before him Jae began to jump Jaune as he was Jae used his aura to replicate the effects of mental pressure his aura produced made Jaune immediately knocked out and he dragged him to the top of the building roof while speaking to himself, "For it is in passing that we achieve immortality. Through this, we become a paragon of virtue and glory to rise above all, infinite in distance and unbound by death. I release your soul and by my shoulder protect thee."
With that Jae saw that his aura was unlocked and as he felt his aura was a little bit drained while he looks at him in shock, 'Well damn when Pyrrha said he had a lot of aura she wasn't kidding even I felt that even if it was a little… this feels like he's going to have become the main protagonist at the end of this somehow…'
With that done with he began to use his <Aura Manipulation> to forcibly absorb Jaune Arc <Aura> his eyes widen in pain as he saw Jae grinning at him forcibly absorbing his aura as he did everything he could to try and stop him…
But it wasn't enough as his golden yellow aura of his was forcibly turned dark green Jaunes eyes began to fade out till he finally died while his semblance <Aura Amp> was stolen permanently by Jae.
<Aura Amp> was Jaune's Semblance which allows him to amplify his Aura and that of others. It also allows him to amplify someone's Aura and Semblance, effectively increasing the effects of Aura.
But that was the reason that Jae sought him out first the first chance he gets to further his power and semblances to more powerful levels.
*Pew*
When Jae saw that Jaune was dead he quickly discarded his body by vaporizing it with his aura in the shape of a sphere and like that in a wave of green light he sighs in relief, "Sigh… I know what I did was not good, but everything will pretty much go to hell once everything has been said and done. There was simply no need to let his suffering continue."
With that Jae left with a hop in his step for the day as he happily tunes to himself for a job well done, "Hmph… hmm… Now that is how a day should go. With my place secured and no evidence behind everything is all good from here on out."
Just like that, the false heroic knight faded into nothing before the time to shine even came…

It was finally the day that the start of cannon has begun in the world of Remnant right now every student was waiting for their arrival at the prestigious Beacon Academy where they can become Huntsmen and Huntress here.
Jae decided to go with the entire military uniform from an anime series as he got ready to join Beacon Academy.
In the Bullhead an airship used to transport and take passengers to their destination to their locations are a bunch of students are waiting inside to get ready for their first day at Beacon.
In the Bullhead were two of the main protagonists in this world Ruby Rose and her older sister Yang Xiao Long.
Ruby she wears a black long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, over which is a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front, and a matching skirt with red lining. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces, red trims around the top, and red soles.
Her outfit is topped by a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her emblem appears as a large silver buckle on her wide black belt, which is slung around her hips at an angle. Attached to her belt are a pocket and a row of bullets.
Yang Xiao Long wears a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low-cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black.
She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of black mini-shorts.
She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee. An orange infinity scarf and black fingerless gloves complete her outfit.
At the moment Jae just happens to be in the airship with them attending Beacon Academy but didn't make any contact with them since he was already planning on introducing himself to Ruby when she confronts Weiss to ensure trust within her for the future.
Jae could only smirk as he waited patiently for his moment to leave this world for the next few years to come as he doesn't attend to interfere with the original plot of the story so long as it doesn't benefit him.
However, if the plot presents itself as an opportunity, he wouldn't hesitate to waste such a chance to get ready.
