章節 31: The summit

After she arrived back home, she went to Cyde's office and saw him at the same place she left him. He was reading files in his hand and doesn't seem to notice her.

Feeling incredibly naughty, she sneaked from behind him and covered his eyes with her hands. She changed her voice and pretended to be someone else, in which she was not able to do.

Cyde slowly chuckled and grabbed her by her waist and made her sit in his lap. He buried his face on the crook of her neck and closed his eyes. Looking rigidly tired.

"You okay Cy?" she softly mutters while occasionally massaging his temple. He grunted telling her he was and tightened his hand on her small waist.

"So what did you do little vixen?" he said while drawing circles on her thighs. Cyllene excitedly told him the feasts she had and about the girl she saw. They spent a couple of minutes talking till Cyde brought something up.

"About your photos from before, when you became a model for a magazine line, Love I think that suits you." his eyes looking straight at her. She smiled and said she wasn't suitable for it.

"Rubbish, as much as I want to keep you hidden, I want to see you spread your wings, do what you want. Don't worry I will support you."

"oh wow mister, I didn't know you had it in you to say such things, but I will think about it." She playfully said and ended the subject. After all, she was still studying. But his words were etched deep within her, and a few months till now, a young beauty will take the summit.
