Of course, this same pattern applied even to the functioning of the NPCs. However, as mentioned before there were exceptions.

Similar to how in our reality we "acknowledge" the existence of individuals capable of seeing higher dimensions, or perhaps something superior and out of social expectation. Of course, the majority of the time, it is likely to be bogus or a farce, however, numerous narratives have been passed down, and this fact is irrefutable.
