"It's quite a shock, isn't it?" Frank smiled. His face drooped as he became serious. "Why are you standing there in shock for? Comes in and locks the door. I have something important to tell you."

Draven stood stunned outside the door with the doorknob grasped by him. He was shocked, and it was natural for him to have that kind of reaction. After all, he wondered why he thought familiar this man was when he saw him in the Dimensional zone.

'No, I don't think I have seen his face as a school principal. The principal had always been mysterious and unknown, even a bit of his personal information. It was only through babble by citizens of the Dreka city that the principal of the Zeka high school was a Peerless Master who was even untouched by the Leo Family.'

Draven continued to muse about where he had seen Frank when the latter hastily invited him in and for him to order locking the door. It appeared it should be an important discussion probably related to the event that happened the day before.

The door closed, and the doorknob produced a sound indicating it was locked. Draven made sure it was locked before walking over to Frank while feeling anxious. It was a feeling he had no control over despite his personality starting to get cold.

The feeling of standing face to face with someone who stood so high that he had never anticipated meeting, had him a strange feeling he could not point out. However, he knew for sure this feeling he did not like.

"Sit!" Frank extends his arm towards the seat before his desk. "Draven, do you know who you are?"

Once Draven sat, he was lost for words as his mind turned blank for what Frank asked him. Who am I? This question had been lost in his memory for years already. He was Draven and nothing more. His parents? He only knew they died from the beast horde. His relatives? By the time the catalyst happened, he had already forgotten about them.

Although he still remembers his last name, his last name was still common. So even though he met a lot of people who had the same last name as him. He did not expect he had known them since before the cataclysm happened. He was still a child with no or less interaction with his relatives, according to his memory.

"I should be more specific, aren't I?" Frank laughed lightly. "Anyway, I'm here to inform you that you are not what appeared you thought to be. Are you aware that most of the echelons in the government in S-Grade city placed importance on you?

I don't know about this reason, but this suspicion was hidden very well that I might be the only one who had a suspicion about this. However, anyway, regardless of who you are, I hope you are aware that you might have a connection in the S-Grade city government's headquarter. So I hope you will choose the Federation's Awakeners Academy. I'm sure you will choose them. They are, after all, the top 1 awakened academy out there."

While Draven was having a hard time processing Frank's long speech and suggestion. Frank's eyes suddenly widened as he asked what caused Draven to awaken from his stupor.

"Wait! Have you awakened yet?"

Frank's question brought Draven again from a daze. He could not think straight anymore, as he did not reply immediately, afraid of making a poor judgment and revealing something he should not have.

'Should I tell him my Path? Although, it is clear I should not reveal it to others. However, I will eventually have to reveal it. After all, I could not hide this Path and if I was chosen for a Fire department in the academy. I will lose my chance to learn more on my actual Path. Hmm…'

Draven continued to ponder as Frank waited patiently while he had a stupid smile on his face.

'I have already decided to announce I awakened a path of Summoner. Path of the undead should be correlated to necromancy in accordance with my understanding of fictional worlds. This claim should be persuasive enough. Although they might ask me to show my Path map, I should try to avoid standing in that situation. I can place my importance as worth enough not letting others prying on my privacy by announcing that I have received a blessing from special trial…'

Draven thoroughly contemplated as he tried not to break the balance between pros and cons, or at least he should let the pros have more advantages than cons. He had to sort out his future from now so that he would not panic once something unexpected events happened.

"I have awakened a Path, indeed. It was the time the Goddess resurrected me. It was the Path of the Summoner. However, I could still not guarantee what existence I could summon since the trial I passed was the Special Trial!"

Frank's eyes widened while his smile crept up in ecstasy. He was not elated by Draven's announcement of his awakening but was exhilarated knowing the burden on his shoulder was finally gone.

"That's great! You know what? I have something unfortunate to inform you."

Frank's expression changed from a happy to a serious one as though it was natural. Draven wondered if he was an actor who won an Oscar award before the cataclysm but shrugged off the unnecessary thoughts once he realized Frank had something to say.

"I have been spied on, and the people or precisely the group was not something I can't handle. So the only thing I could do was vanish before they were aware of their spy disappearance. You know what? My actual assistant died already 3 months ago and was replaced by a spy without my awareness. Imagine how dumb I am not to realize it! This also shows the power behind the people who ordered to spy on me!"

Frank shared his frustration while glancing at a corner where a garbage bag was placed. Draven noticed it and gazed at the garbage before his eyes widened. The garbage framework was as though it was how a human hugged his knee while lying on the ground. Draven was terrified when a horrifying thought emerged in his head.

"Anyway, the Goddess ordered me to look out for you, but I'm afraid I can't live out to her expectations. This is the best for all of us since the person who spied on me was beyond both of you to handle. The Goddess became a mortal while you did not even receive your first blessing in your first trial yet. Even if you have the power of the blessings from Special Trial, even if you are given a year to cultivate and unlock the stages of the Path map, you still can't hold a candle to them…"

Draven gave Frank a strange stare as he watched and listened to Frank's endless reasons for the abandonment of his mission given by Goddess. If Draven was stronger than him, he might have smacked his head already.

Five minutes passed, and Draven could only tactfully express that he understood and assured Frank should not be worried about it. Hence, when Draven remembered the problem he faced, he immediately brought it out to Frank to which Frank shrugged his plead and said, "Deal with it yourself. Such a small problem should be taken for a young one like you."

'Just admit it. You don't want another trouble landing behind your back.'

Draven could only complain inwardly, while he dismissed himself after half an hour of talking with Frank.

Once Draven left the room, Frank closed his eyes as he pondered. He had sorted out his plans of escaping and returning to hiding again. He aimed to conceal himself from the eyes of the government and the four ancient families or precisely hide from the eyes of society.

"I should hide probably after the college exam ended. I will observe Draven's performance while I also watch the Goddess's action. She might not have ill intentions toward the Earth, but still, I have to see what she thinks about living tog with the mortal. Come to think of it, why don't I visit her then?"
