Hannah's POV:

Rey was handing me out a bunch of documents to sign. I wasn't able to understand what was written in them. How can I know if these documents are legit or not? I have seen enough movies to know that property documents can be falsified easily. And I can't trust this man. He probably killed my mother. 

"I would like to call a lawyer," I said after a while. 

"Why? My child, don't you trust me?"

"Yea," I said instantly. " I don't trust you, and I need a lawyer. I am not willing to take a risk by trusting you."

" If that is what you need, then I will call my friend who is also a lawyer," he announced. 

"No. I want a lawyer who is not associated with you. Because if you had forged the documents, you could easily hire a fake lawyer to deceive me."

"Okay, my child. You can call someone you know. I have nothing to hide," Rey declared.
