Kim, the culprit of more than 10 mass homicides, has one peculiarity, and that's murdering those who fully trust him. For now, Brys is safe. I doubt he has gotten to the point of being targeted by Kim — just yet.

"My prince, do you need me to check on him?" Ray fell in line with me as I went over to the blueprint room, trying not to think of Brys.

What he said is true. I need to stop acting like he's out to cheat on me any chance he gets, but I can't help it, not when he's too cute for his own good.

"No, don't. I need him to discover the truth on his own," I continued down the hall, pretending like I didn't have the urge to turn around and stalk him instead of going forward.
