章節 53: Chapter 53 Asura, Poor Archfiends?
There was one thing that many of the people of Belfaram understood about him, and that was of just how much he cared for his family and how far he was willing to go should one of them were ever threatened or harmed but never have they ever seen what he would do should one of them perish.
Which was why seeing his current reaction was something they had never seen ever as the man was screaming in fury as his fingers tore at the skin on his face drawing blood while his form morphed, a large number of small rectangle-shaped papers entered his body as the formerly revered commander of the city changed into something inhuman.
As his torso elongated, 2 pairs of wings popped out of his back one covered in feathers, one in leather, his arms grew in length and size, as his muscles rippled and shifted adjusting to the new size, as two more sets of arms sprouted for his sides his size was expanding as his skin gained a shade of gray, his hair turned white and his legs were nearly double the size of his log width arms.
He no longer was the Human Selang Yao but the berserker that many of the older generations knew the reason why even the emperor feared for his country when he got to see this form for the very first!
Yao released a hot breath that formed steam from the excruciating change this was his currently most powerful form that his body can handle, the two-horned monsters felt this change as both sported a battle-hungry grin they wanted a good fight after trampling so many cities yet not a single person was strong enough to handle them thanks to the massive powerup their summoner had experienced!
They released their built-up roars, taunting the transformed man as he too released a roar of his own before a strange card formed then split into six pieces then from these pieces formed large beasts that looked similar to the Krakens, that charged forward fully expressing the anger their master felt as the mana that surged through their bodies grew before colliding with the two Onis that were excited and tanked these six monsters!
the Onis stood their ground, but the power behind the newly formed Krakens was not to be taken lightly as the force behind them grew as more mana gathered into their bodies as the limbs of the six Krakens wrapped around the horned monsters as if trying to ensure they stayed close to the two targets!
Sensing this foreboding premonition the lightning Oni slammed the three before they succeeded in doing whatever was planned, however, the flame Oni lacked that keen sense was quickly trapped as if fell to the ground!
The lightning Oni attempted to save its sibling, but it suddenly felt like the weight of its body increased by numerous times and the three Krakens that it just escaped from managed to latch on to it with the brief distraction, as more and more glowing cards were floating above the six-armed Yao...
What came out from the cards was like a replay of what the Flame oni brought upon a group of sorcerers so it was like getting a taste of its own medicine only that the element of each and every one of these large falling objects were ice, before hearing Yao yell out with his arms in the air.
"I call this Tears of Hell!"
Before swinging his arms downwards and the 'Tears' brought a devastating blow to the terrain, the monsters, and especially the two targets he was aiming for!
The ground shook as the whole continent felt this strike upon the world as the area where the horde of beasts and monsters was covered in ice with the hordes decimated...
The people took a moment to absorb what just happened before all of the people in the city near the destruction were looking towards the tall figure on the walls then began cheering, full of praise and reverence as some began to think of the commander of the city to be a deity or something of the sort as the power displayed surpassed the legendary heroes of the past!
but the cheering quickly died down when they noticed the stern look on the man's face that seemed so strong and insurmountable at this moment.
The sound of cracking could be heard causing some of the soldiers to hold their breaths as Seemingly hundreds of lightning bolts blasted towards all directions from a certain spot before they recalled the two-horned monsters that should be dead from the onslaughter Their commander just brought about...!
Only to see a pillar of flames that matched the might of the lightning bolts as the diameter of the flames grew as did the height until the top of the pillar couldn't be seen.
two beings climbed out of the ice as steam could be seen from their bodies they looked more sinister now as numerous spikes grew from out of their bodies as they almost looked like porcupines but the spikes were short and curved with jagged edges before these two monsters began releasing a burst of bone-chilling laughter as the bloodlust they emitted that looked like a black fog was bringing fear to the guards on the walls.
Just how much blood did these monsters spill to release such dense bloodthirst that was nearly visible to the naked eye!?
Selang Yao looked coldly at the two beasts that he wanted to butcher before disappearing from his location as not even a second afterward the men around him felt a strong gust of wind that pushed against them nearly making them fall off the walls!
He was already in front of the two Onis before kicking Hiiragi (the flame Oni) in the chest sending it flying into a distance to buy his some time before Raiga (the lightning oni) sent a right-handed punch clad in lightning before Yao retaliated with a kick sending the arm away using two of his arms to act as his feet before using his other two arms to block the next punch and kick, then with his last pair using a sword created from one of his cards to grab hold of his new weapon and lopped off the arm he just blocked!
He retreated as the two arms he used to block were damaged from the spikes as his blood dripped to the ground he won the exchange for a few bleeding holes in his arms that were slowly closing to an arm that was completely severed not wanted to take any risks that it could be reattached he used another card to conjure a few hundred spikes from the ground right under the arm to make it in a pile of useless meat!
The sound of whooshing erupted behind Yao making him feel a presence sneaking up upon his that made him jump narrowly dodging the spiked fist that almost tore through his torso however the large tail of Hiiragi that just arrived was something he didn't anticipate that quickly slammed into his body that made him crash into the ice-covered ground!
He coughed up blood as the temperature was quickly heating up as Hiiragi held an oversized ball of flames, his eyes shrunk in size as the attack came crashing down swiftly as the sound of an explosion followed...
But the victim of the blast now a darker shade on his skin as two cards were attached to his chest as bulging veins that pulsating so much throughout his body.
One card had ﾉ刀ᄃ尺乇ﾑ丂乇 乇ﾚ乇ﾶ乇刀ｲﾑﾚ り乇ｷ乇刀丂乇 shining so brightly and the other one had...
りのひ乃ﾚ乇 ﾑﾚﾚ
it was written in a different language for the people of this world but for people of earth would understand what was written 'Increased elemental defense' and 'double all' were what Yao inscribed to the cards something that he really didn't want to use but the anger as a parent was what made him drop all thoughts of fearing the pain that followed as his hollowed-out heart at this moment hurts even more!
He threw a punch to both of the Onis that were enjoying this both attempted to block this blow only to regret it the moment they received it as their bodies were split into two from the sheer force, but Yao wasn't done as more of his devastating blows followed as the ice around him was blasted away as a large crater was left when he was done, leaving nothing left of the Onis including the frozen horde of Lesser dragons...
He then looked to the skies before yelling out in fury!
"爪爪爪爪卂卂卂尺尺尺ҜҜҜҜ!!!! Ꮆ乇ㄒ ㄚㄖㄩ尺 卂丂丂 ᗪㄖ山几 卄乇尺乇 丂ㄖ ㄒ卄卂ㄒ 丨 匚卂几 Ҝ丨ㄥㄥ ㄚㄚㄚㄖㄖㄖㄩㄩㄩ!!!"
In response, Mark smiled before as the demon girls around him froze as the army of The wolf-headed man was erased by the man that was staring right at their direction they all looked towards the man that saved them in wonder before the man they were looking at disappeared then arrived some distance away from the six-armed Asura...
Cu Chulainn aka Mark Adkins chuckled lightly as the furious man before saying.
"Its been a while, huh? Selang Yao didn't think you'd use your real name after rein-"
he was interrupted by a powerful punch!
