Goro Majima , who has been living in seclusion on an island and relying on his [God-level comic system] to improve his abilities, receives a call from Whitebeard to act as the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates
Despite his reluctance to lead, he sees it as an opportunity to repay Whitebeard's life-saving grace and potentially change the fate of the Whitebeard Pirates in the upcoming war. However, despite the many abilities he has gained through the system, none of them have allowed him to break through the ceiling and specialize in a single ability.

But as a One Piece fan, I knew that the Whitebeard Pirates would meet their end in the upcoming battle. Even the strongest man in the world, Whitebeard, would fall, and the Whitebeard Pirates would become history.
"Can you not appoint me as the temporary captain, old man?" Majima requested
Majima asked Whitebeard if they could change the people in charge of the pirate group, but Whitebeard brushed it off and said "Gurararara... your brothers could fight but they couldn't manage the whole Whitebeard Pirates. The task of leading the Whitebeard Pirates would still be challenging even for Marco. He then hugged Majima and turned him around to face the rest of the crew.
"Now, get to know your fellow crew members and work together. I'll be away on business,"
Whitebeard was clear in his statement: "While I'm away, Majima will act as the leader of the Whitebeard Pirates, and his commands will be equivalent to mine. Anyone who disobeys him disobeys me!"
After entrusting the Whitebeard Pirates to Majima, Whitebeard announced that he would be leaving, Whitebeard will to go to the Drum Kingdom to find Doctor Kureha for treatment. Whitebeard then hopped onto a small whale boat and set sail.
