He was obviously trying to distract her so that she would drop the topic but he was not very successful because she was still thinking about it. If he wouldn't share the information then she would have to find it on her own.

Don't you wish to go shopping? Granted, for you the options are limited since we cannot expose your location but it's an experience that you might find enjoyable."

"Shopping, shopping, like I can buy things over there?" she asked. But then, she thought about what currency she would use to shop and her location. "It's useless." she sighed.
