He leads me back to his room and my heart races at the thought of what we are about to do. I have never given in to the demands of my vampire side. Lo's blood has always been an inviting thought and I don't even know what even made me say it out loud.

It was supposed to be a joke. One that we would laugh about and then ignore but hearing him say that he wants me to is exciting.

I have ignored my thirst for blood for so long. I only drink blood when I need to so that I don't spiral out.

Right now, I don't need the blood but I have never wanted something as much as I want this tonight.

He closes the room door and I smile as he pushes me to the bed "Fuck, why haven't we done this before?'' he questions curiously.

I shrug "I didn't think you would want to.''

I watch him as he takes off his shirt. "Do I need to take off my shorts too?'' he smiles.
