Draco was currently flying back towards the city of Benghazi.
As he traveled through the skies he noticed that the coastal towns and cities he passed had been ravaged by floods.
Entire streets were destroyed and leveled as rivers of water coursed through the streets.
'What happened down there?' Draco wondered.
Harry's voice suddenly sounded off within his head, 'Do you remember the side effects of the Moon Manipulation technique I told you about?'
Draco's eyes widened in realization, '...Something about tsunamis and hurricanes, right?'
'Correct. Manipulation of the moon's gravity causes disastrous tidal forces to be unleashed in surrounding bodies of water.' Harry responded.
Draco understood the implications, for this meant that while he was practicing the third stage of the technique, the nearby coastal towns and cities were being flooded.
He almost felt bad when he realized this, but it's not like he would stop using such a powerful body art just because it caused natural disasters. All of the people below were nothing to him, Draco was of the mind that they were essentially ants.
Draco was so high up in the air that they looked like ants too. This made it all the easier to strengthen his resolve that what he was doing was correct.
He put the plight of the neighboring cities out of his mind as he continued his flight towards Benghazi. Draco had been practicing his new body art for nearly a week now, so he wanted to check in with Bashar and see what progress the man had made.
It only took another two hours of flying before the city of Benghazi came into view below him.
Draco lowered his elevation as he soared above the city, heading straight for the business district where Bashar's Bazaar was located.
He had gotten so good at controlling his flight he had managed to land directly on the street in front of the shop.
The two shop guards watched with wide eyes as Draco floated down in the middle of the road, cutting off several cars who were driving down the street. The cars honked at Draco as he landed in front of them, but he ignored them as he approached the bazaar.
The two guards bowed their heads and let Draco pass, opening the shop doors for him to enter.
They recognized Draco from before, but the way he made his entrance made them sure he was not someone to mess with. Bashar had also already informed them to expect Draco, so they made sure not to cause him any trouble.
As Draco entered the bazaar, he was greeted by a new female servant. She bowed at the waist and spoke to him in a thick english accent.
"Greetings, my lord. Lord Bashar has been expecting your arrival. Please allow me to lead you to him." she said.
Draco chuckled, "You have a much better attitude than the last girl who was here."
The servant smiled, "I am glad to be of satisfaction, my lord. Right this way." she said, leading Draco towards the elevator at the back of the building.
Draco followed her into the elevator, and the two proceeded towards Bashar's room in silence.
The elevator doors opened to reveal Bashar, who was sitting on his couch and pouring a cup of tea. When Bashar saw Draco enter, he waved him over with a smile on his face.
The servant bowed and retreated back into the elevator, leaving Draco and Bashar alone in the room.
At least, Draco thought that they were alone, but as he walked towards Bashar he noticed a familiar person in the corner of the room.
Draco was sure that it was the first female servant he had encountered, except they were in dire straits. The woman's face was pummeled in, and she was stripped naked and chained to the wall.
"Oh, don't mind her. I had to 're-educate' them." Bashar calmly laughed.
Draco was speechless when he saw this, for it looked like the woman had been used in more ways than one. Secretions dripped down her leg, and she stared forward with a soulless expression on her face.
"Yeah, I can tell. Must've been quite the educational session." Draco replied with a smirk.
Bashar nodded, "I've already had my way with her. You can have a turn if you want."
Draco waved his hands and chuckled awkwardly, "No, no. I'm fine. I came to discuss business."
"Some other time then. I have other options if you prefer them fresh." said Bashar.
Draco smiled lightly, ignoring Bashar, "So how goes the procuring of the materials?" he asked.
Bashar motioned for Draco to take a seat, and after Draco had sat down he spoke.
"Things are progressing faster than expected. I almost have all of the materials needed to finish the construction of your devices. We are just waiting for the fusion cores now."
Draco raised an eyebrow, "Fusion cores? I am unfamiliar with that term."
"They are essentially nuclear powered batteries. Each one costs upwards of a hundred million dollars. Since we have enough materials for three devices, we need three fusion cores." replied Bashar.
Draco's eyes widened when he heard this, for the fusion cores alone would have previously bankrupt him. If Draco hadn't raided Libya's royal treasury he would've had to spend half of his life to come up with such a sum.
"So how long until you get those?" Draco asked.
"It shouldn't be longer than a week now. We can already start the initial construction of the devices, so once the cores arrive we can simply plug them in."
Draco grinned, things were certainly progressing well.
"Let me know if any trouble pops up. I look forward to seeing your progress next week." Draco said, standing up from the couch.
Bashar stood up as well, "Alright, where are you staying? When everything is finished I will send someone over to inform you."
"I'm staying at the royal palace, but if I'm not there one of my men will receive your message on my behalf." said Draco.
Bashar was shocked to hear this, for not just anyone could stay in the royal palace. He already knew that Draco wasn't ordinary, for the man had somehow come up with a hundred blood coins in less than a week.
However, he was discovering that Draco was full of surprises.
Bashar shook Draco's hand, turning to walk him out of the room.
"Be safe, my friend. I shall see you again soon." said Bashar.
Draco nodded, "Likewise." he replied, getting into the elevator to head back downstairs.
As Bashar watched the elevator doors close, he was sure that something about Draco was different from his last visit. He couldn't quite place a finger on it, but he knew that the man now had a powerful aura that sent shivers down his spine.
'Has he awakened his inner psyche?' Bashar wondered, scratching his beard in thought.
Draco was now walking through the building's lobby, and the servant from earlier led him to the door.
"Safe travels, my lord. I happily await your next arrival." she said, bowing her head as Draco left.
Draco waved a hand at the servant as he left, saying nothing as he walked into the street. He then activated his boots and flew off into the air, heading for the royal palace in the distance.
Draco was intending to check back in with his forces, and also make sure Snow knew that he was still alive. He had been so absorbed in his training that it had been a few days since he had seen everyone.
In only a few minutes he had arrived above the palace, and he promptly descended into the courtyard. Draco surprised the guards for a moment, but they were long since used to Draco appearing out of nowhere from the skies.
Draco ignored the guards as he walked up the palace steps and into the throne room. Since his residence was on the way to the training hall he decided to stop there first.
He walked up to his residence and opened the door, but he almost choked on his own spit when he saw what was going on inside.
This was because Draco had clearly walked in on something he wasn't supposed to!
Snow and Hana were currently sitting on the couch in the living room, but they were engaged in what could only be described as debauchery.
They were both butt naked as they straddled each other on the couch, and pearly moans escaped the room after Draco opened the door.
Snow got up from her position between Hana's legs when she heard the door open, wiping saliva from her lips as she turned to look at Draco.
"Draco?! What are you doing here?" she shouted.
