章節 18: Chapter Seventeen: The challenge/attack

(Spade's Pov) I wore a black and purple suit for the ceremony matching my mates. I walk towards my mates and a girl stops me. She said "I challenge you for Luna position and for the Alpha's" and I said "Ok." We both went into the woods to shift with the pack following behind. Once we shifted, she went for my throat and I dodged her. I sunk my nails in her back pinning her down. I growled at her as she tried to escape from my grasp. The pack started cheering my name and saying end her. Wayne and Twan stared at me with surprised looks on their faces. I pick the female up by her neck and threw her against a tree. I walked over towards her and a pack of rogues started surrounding me. I saw that the pack had already started attacking them to protect me. I went towards the girl and ripped her limb from limb. I went over to my mates to help them. A large male wolf launched at Twan and I clawed his back. The male howled in pain and I went for his throat biting down hard. He clawed my side causing me to back off. He jumped on me and I kicked him which sent him flying. I growled in pain from the gash in my side. When I went to grab the male, but Twan pounces on him. I went after some other rogues and killed them. I noticed Twan was still fighting with that male. I walked over there to help my mate with the large rogue. We kill him and walk over to where the ceremony is. We finished the ceremony and prepared a party.
