"Can I ask why?" 

"Well, I want to spend some time with her," I replied. 

"If you think you can turn her into a good person just by talking to her, you're doing it for nothing," he said. 

"I'm not doing to for that. I just need to see what kind of move she will make to embarrass me," I said. 

I did not like his aunt as well. There was some kind of malice in the way she looked at us. It was uncomfortable. From the first day I came here until now, that look in her eyes never changed. I needed to see if she was smart enough to scheme something big, or she would go with the traditional plans. 

"I don't understand," he said. 

"Neither do I. But I think I should. Just think about it- isn't she the type of woman who can scheme against us?"

"She is," he nodded.
