Princess Eleanor could see that Sir Kit's eyes were not looking quite right. "It is not that I do not trust you, but I just wanted some clarification. I just wanted to get the things in my head sorted out. I do not know why I think that… but I feel like I will believe whatever you say."

Sir Kit took a deep breath. He wanted to tell the truth but he could feel that Princess Eleanor was too vulnerable to handle the truth right now. "Princess, does it really matter?"

Princess Eleanor took a deep breath as she nibbled on her lips. She did not know what to make out of this situation. Does it matter? Princess Eleanor was asking herself this again and again. In any normal situation, it would not have mattered. After all, the end result is the same.
