章節 8: The Hidden box and the Heaven's Island

Athena's POV:

Oh god, this box has a digital lock. I wonder how long it has been here and what will happen if I put the wrong password. I better leave this box for now and maybe my past self might have left another note for me with the password. I put away the box and the book by A.D. and went to the command deck and saw some robots and Draco giving out orders while Oliver was turning the yoke and was going back to earth. "We are going back?" I asked "Not exactly, we will go to another dimension. We are going to the Heaven's Island. Though it's name starts with Heaven, it's quite the opposite of Heaven. There are Mythical Creatures, curable water, endless treasure, everything that we think are just myth" Oliver answered " Why are we going there?" I asked "We need the curable water and some herbs to make a potion" Draco answered "It won't be easy to get them since they are heavily guarded by Ciaran's men and every creature there are on his side" Draco added " How did he get them to be in his side?" I asked curiously, He is more powerful than I thought "Nobody knows and you should sit down and fasten your seat belt, I'm gonna go on a fast speed now" Oliver said and I went to a sit and put the sit belt and with a flick of a switch, the spaceship surged forward at breakneck speed, racing towards the other dimension in a blur of lights and motion. As the ship exited the portal, the crew was immediately struck by the dazzling array of colors and sounds that surrounded them. I just stared at the landscape , it felt like a dream. " We must be careful, Oliver and Athena will come with me and the rest will stay here and guard the spaceship." Draco said and with the ship as their base, the crew established a secure perimeter, keeping a watchful eye out for any hostile entities in the vicinity. "Do you know the way?" I asked " Yes, there are two route, long and short. I understand that the shorter route may seem more appealing, but given the situation with Ciaran, we need to take precautions to ensure our safety. Therefore, I have decided to take the longer route, as I believe it will be safer and less likely to have any traps or other hazards that the villain may have set up. While it may take more time and effort to reach our destination, I believe it is worth it to prioritize our safety and avoid any unnecessary risks." Draco explained " What if he also put traps in the longer route?" I asked "That's certainly a possibility," Oliver replied, his expression thoughtful. "But we have to weigh the risks against the potential benefits. The longer route may be safer in terms of avoiding the villain's traps, but it also means we'll be more exposed and vulnerable for a longer period of time. We'll have to be extra vigilant and watchful, and make sure we're prepared for anything that comes our way." He paused, then added, "Of course, we can also try to find a third route altogether, something that the villain might not have anticipated. But that would require more time and resources, and we don't have much of either to spare. Ultimately, we'll have to make a choice based on the information we have available, and hope that it's the right one." "Why do you think the villain behaves this way?" I asked, carefully avoiding any mention of the rumors I read . "Is it because he's just evil or is there something else going on?" their expression grew somber as they considered her question. "There's no simple answer to that," Draco said, his voice low. "Ciaran's actions may seem cruel or unjust, but we have to remember that everyone has their own reasons for doing what they do. Perhaps he feels that he's been wronged or that he's fighting for a cause he believes in. Or perhaps there are deeper, more personal motivations at play."He looked at me, his gaze intense. "What's important is that we don't underestimate him or dismiss him as a mindless villain. He's smart, he's powerful, and he's more than capable of causing serious harm. We have to be prepared for anything if we hope to stop him." I just nodded and Draco and Oliver started talking about the route. As I listened to them speak about the route we took, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by it. The stars twinkled and danced around us, and the colors and shapes that surrounded us were breathtaking as we traveled through the dimension. I couldn't believe the beauty that lay before us, and it was hard to tear my eyes away from the stunning scenery. "This is truly a remarkable journey," I thought to myself, "I'm so grateful to have witnessed this beauty." " Do you need to stop to rest" Draco asked , but I shook my head, determined to keep going. We continued down the route, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration as we pushed forward. The stunning scenery continued to unfold before us, and I was determined to see it all. "I can rest later," I thought to myself, "Right now, I want to see everything this route has to offer."As we continued down the route, my mind couldn't help but wander to the rumors I had read about Ciaran and his lover. The book had described Draco as the savior of the universe, but what if the truth was more complicated than that? What if Draco was actually the one responsible for the Ciaran's descent into darkness? And if the rumors were true, could I really trust Draco to do what was right? These thoughts weighed heavily on my mind as we pressed on towards our destination. I wonder what Ciaran looks like "Hey, I was wondering if you could describe what the villain looks like? I'm just curious and want to know what we're up against." I asked, Oliver takes a moment to recall the physical appearance of Ciaran before answering my question. "He's around 16 years old with black hair and bright hazel-colored eyes," Oliver explains. "He's known for being tall and lean, with a sharp jawline and a piercing gaze that seems to cut right through you. Overall, he gives off an intense and intimidating aura, which is part of what makes him so dangerous." "he seems like a grown man" Draco chuckled and replied, "Yes, he may seem like a grown man, but looks can be deceiving. He's only 16 years old, but his ruthlessness and cruelty make him appear older." "Did he ever had a lover?" I ask pretending to not read about the rumor yet again.Draco hesitated for a moment before answering, "Yes, he did have a lover. But their relationship was complicated and tragic, and it's not something that should be taken lightly."

The hero sighed and looked out at the scenery, lost in thought for a moment before continuing, "She was a brilliant scientist and inventor, and Ciaran was drawn to her intelligence and ambition. But their love was tested by the war and the forces that drove them apart. In the end, it was her death that led to Ciaran being more cruel."Athena turned to Draco and asked, 'Do you know what Ciaran's lover looked like?' Draco hesitated for a moment before answering Athena's question. "She was a human, as the rumors say," he said slowly. "But beyond that, I never saw her myself. Ciaran kept her hidden away, for fear that his enemies would target her." Athena looked disappointed at his answer. "I was hoping for a more detailed description," she said. Draco gave a small smile. "I'm sorry to disappoint you, Athena. But really, her appearance doesn't matter. What matters is the kind of person she was, and the role she played in the conflict between Ciaran and me." Athena nodded thoughtfully, and the two of them continued down the route in silence. Draco's words had given her a lot to think about, and she couldn't help but wonder what kind of person Ciaran's lover had been, and how much she had influenced the events that had led to the war between the two planets.
