I couldn't sleep for the whole night. I was in a very bad mood. I couldn't understand the devil at all. One moment he was cool as a cucumber and the next hot like lava. It was like we were playing a game in which we take two steps back with one step forward. I wish I had some way to peek into his mind because his face and eyes were useless in that case.

Luca came to visit in the morning with some fruits which he stole from his mother's kitchen. He didn't talk much to me, and talking with the devil was out of the question.

I asked Luca for the phone, but he said he couldn't help us with that. He was already in trouble with his mother, and stealing a mobile phone was too risky for his sake. I was still mad at the devil for the last night. So, I was giving him the silent treatment. He also not bothered to make a conversation.
