Chapter 25: "A Hero's Feast: Leo's Goblin Hunt"
As they sat down to enjoy Leo's favorite dish, a hearty stew with a side of freshly baked bread, Ryker asked his son, "So, how did your goblin hunt go? Was it a success?"
Leo took a bite of his food, savoring the flavor before responding. "It went well, Dad. There were a lot of goblins, but I managed to take them out. And then I faced a High Goblin."
Ryker's eyes narrowed, his interest piqued. "A High Goblin, you say? That's a formidable foe. Tell me more."
Leo's eyes lit up with excitement. "It was a huge goblin, at least twice my size. Its skin was a dark, mottled green, and its eyes glowed with an eerie red light. It had a massive sword, almost as big as me, and it was incredibly strong. It was like fighting a giant, Dad."
Kai and Zac listened in awe, their eyes wide with wonder. They had heard stories of High Goblins, but they had never seen one themselves.
Leo continued, "It was a tough fight, but I used my Med-Rank Fire Dijin to burn down their home and weaken the High Goblin. Then, I took it down with a combination of my sword skills and aura powers. It was a close call, but I managed to emerge victorious."
Ryker's face beamed with pride. "That's incredible, Leo! You took out a High Goblin and its minions on your own. That's a feat that would normally require a team of three to five people. You've surpassed me, son. I couldn't be more proud of you."
Kai and Zac nodded in agreement, their faces filled with admiration. "You're a true hero, Leo," Kai said, his voice filled with sincerity. "We're honored to be your friends."
Sophia smiled, her eyes shining with pride. "We're all proud of you, Leo. You've grown into a powerful and brave adventurer."
As they finished their meal, Ryker raised his cup in a toast. "To Leo, the goblin hunter! May your future be filled with even greater victories!"
