After an unknown period of time, the quiet night echoed with the sound of struggling.

Ye Xingguang looked over to see the man under the moonlight, his eyebrows furrowed into a clear frown. Clearly, he was in such discomfort that he couldn't even maintain his dignity or reputation as the big demon king. He had used all his strength, trying to break free from his bonds.

"Do you want me to unlatch it for you?" Ye Xingguang asked.

"No need." Ye Junqing rejected abruptly.

"But you seem so uncomfortable..."

As Ye Xingguang was speaking, she moved the blanket aside. Suddenly, she saw his wrists bruised from the struggle. Those red marks indicated that he had been quietly struggling and had just not made a sound.

"Stop withholding it. Where's the key? I can unlock it for you. Otherwise, your wrists will be raw, they are already bruised."
