Ivy realized that her father had disliked Paul from the start. She could tell from his tone alone. And seeing Paul nodding his head at her, Ivy knew the prince was very understanding of the situation.

"All right, father. We will go together," Ivy replied.

"Then come on, let us go out."

Idriz turned to Paul who was already standing and looked at him. He couldn't help but snort in annoyance at him, then left in front of him with Theodoric following behind him.

While Ivy asked her father for a moment, she looked at Paul with a gentle look. "Forgive my father, Prince. He seems to need some time to accept you."

"It does not matter. No matter how he feels about me, I will still be responsible for you and your pregnancy, My Lady."
