"Greetings, your majesties," Emma greeted as she curtsied, wanting to seem polite. 

King William acknowledged Emma with a slight nod, and Queen Isabelle smiled warmly. 

The King didn't display that same kind of warmth, getting straight to the point, which was why she was here. 

"Lady Grey, may I ask what your intentions are for coming here?" King William asked, as his voice boomed across the throne room. 

Emma got up from her curtsy, before she tried to put up a calm and collected front. 

"I'm here to discuss the deal my father made with you," she answered honestly. 

Out of the two monarchs, it was Queen Isabelle that understood her intentions, as she knew what she wanted to do and who she would rather end up with. 

After all, it wasn't like both she and her husband didn't have a wild love story either.

Although, how her husband reacted, was out of her hands.
