"No buts," he cut her off, shaking his head, "You're not in your right mind. Get some sleep. We will resume the search in the morning. I will ask Bulldog to look at the video and find the car's owner."

Lai was silent as she stared at her clenched fists on her lap. Bai hailed a taxi. When they got home, he held her hand and led her to her room. He put her belongings in her small desk area.

"Go take a bath," he told her, standing by her door, "I need to make a call."

Lai nodded slowly and walked into her bathroom, shutting the door. Bai sighed and walked out of her room. Grabbing his phone, he dialled Bulldog's phone number.

"Yes, young master," Bulldog answered his master's call almost immediately.

"I need you to look into something for me," Bai told him, "I am sending you a CCTV footage clip. There's an exotic car in the footage. Find me the owner pronto."
