Part 1 – Jungle of Jalisco
The Di Fiore family stands in the middle of the jungle, outside Juan´s mansion. "How did you know where I was?"
Daniel takes out his phone and explains; "It´s simple, I just follow your manna with this GPS."
"I see"
Maria steps forward, Uriel lowers his head and says; "Mother, I need to apologize for the things I said. You see I…"
Maria hugs Uriel tightly; she begins to shed tears as she says:
"No hijo, it is I who needs to apologize. You see before you turned into El Charro, I was a demon hunter. I purified evil spirits in the name of God. When you turned into that spirit, I felt as if I lost my son."
Maria lets go and looks at Uriel as she continues to speak; "I didn´t know what to do, when your father died, I was too weak. I always had fear when I saw you. I thought that you were going to kill me."
"So you decided to stay away right?" Uriel says with a sad tone.
"That´s right, I thought that it was the best thing for me to do. But I ended up hurting you even more."
Maria begins to cry more; "Uriel please forgive this pathetic mother you have."
Uriel closes his eyes and remembers the happy things he did with her:
Part 2 –Uriel´s memories
"It´s your birthday hijo, please enjoy your present.
Uriel, if you don't eat your vegetables there won't be any dessert.
Uriel, do you want a bedtime story."
"Mom, I had a bad dream" A young Uriel opens the door, Maria stands up and hugs him, "There, there hijo. Don't worry; let´s go to your bed."
Maria tucks Uriel in his bed and she begins to sing:
♪ "Shining stars in the sky,
I would never leave your side.
Baby please go to sleep,
Because mother now has to sweep."
"Mother now has to clean your room,
And she will use a magic broom.
Baby please go to sleep,
And don´t forget to count the sheep." ♪
Uriel slowly closes and Maria kisses his forehead saying; "Hijo, don't forget your mother will always love you."
Eight months later, after Roberto´s death. An attack occurred in Tapatio, an evil named "La Nahuala" almost stole Uriel´s soul. Maria fought her and successfully saved her son. The jungle was in flames, there were holes and craters everywhere.
Maria sits in near the lake holding a bruised Uriel. She is covered in blood and bruises. Uriel is barely conscious. Maria cries as she holds her son:
"Uriel, please forgive me, you almost died because I was a weak mother. You are my life, you are my precious son. From this day on, I will always protect you no matter what. Uriel from this night on, your mother will always be there for you."
Part 3- Present
Uriel smiles and says; "Mama, I can't forgive you now, because I already did, 8 years ago when you saved me from "La Nahuala." Maria hugs Uriel tighter with tears in her eyes; "Thank you, thank you" Uriel hugs her as well with tears in his eyes thinking:
"That´s right, I must become stronger to protect my mother."
(PPPUUUMMM)
Valerie hits Uriel´s head; "You idiot, I really thought you tuned evil. Don't do that again."
"Sorry" Uriel apologizes to Valerie, Valerie hugs Uriel saying:
"Seriously brother, don't do any of those things ever again."
"I know" Uriel looks at Daniel, Daniel is looking at the mansion and asks; "Uriel, what is your next move?"
Uriel sighs and says;"I´ll tell you tomorrow, for now let´s go home."
"Uriel, there is something I need to tell you." Valerie says as she looks down, Uriel looks at her as she speaks:
"You see tomorrow will be my last day here. I will leave the day after tomorrow."
Uriel opens his eyes wider and asks;; "What happened? Where are you going?"
"I´m heading to France, you see I got a job over there, I´m leaving tomorrow night. I know you just woke up and this is so sudden but I wanted you to know."
Uriel pats Valerie´s head and with smile he says; "Congratulations, and what is you job?"
"It´s complicated, Valerie scratches her cheek looking away. Maria chuckles and suggests:
"I know let´s have a fun day tomorrow, since tomorrow is our last day together, let's have fun, and what do you say?"
"Sounds fantastic mother, let's have fun like the old days." Uriel says with a fake smile as he felt sadness for her sister´s departure.
Part 4 – A fun day in Guadalajara
The next day, Uriel rises up of his bed; he goes and washes his face. He puts some clothes on, a black jacket, a pair of jeans, and some shoes.
"Uriel hurry or we are going to miss the bus." Valerie waves at Uriel. Sister Carolina and the three sisters are going with them. They are all wearing winter clothes because it´s December.
"What took you so long brother?" Daniel asks Uriel with a smirk, Uriel pats his head saying; "I´m sorry."
Uriel, Maria, Daniel, Valerie, Carolina, Mariana, Abril and Fabiola head to the capital city of Jalisco, Guadalajara. "I don't think we should be here Maria, I mean this is a family trip." Carolina says with a shy voice. Maria smiles and replies:
"You silly girl, Can´t you see that you four are now part of our family, I mean we´ve been through a lot. Please don't say that ever again, You´re like a sister to me."
Carolina begins to cry saying; "Thank you, Maria."
Hey arrive to the capital city of Guadalajara. The city is in the middle of rebuilding itself because of the Vampire incident one year prior. Maria and her children used to go to the city every weekend to explore. They begin by eating breakfast in a traditional restaurant. Next they head to the Cathedral and say their prayers, Uriel needed to stay outside due to his condition. Daniel stayed with him, the two walks around the giant plaza filled with people.
"Hey Uriel, I need to tell you that I decided to skip grades and go to High school starting January."
"What made you change your mind; I taught you were going slow?" Uriel asks with a surprised face. "It seems we are going to enter in difficult times, so I just want to finish this quickly and concentrate on other important things. I decided to stay without mother. I know you will be leaving soon…"
"Wait how do you know that?"
Daniel smiles; "Don´t think you are the only one special here…"
"URIEL, DANIEL, Come on LET´S GO!" Valerie waves at them, Daniel begins to walk; Uriel looks at him and chuckles:
"You never seize to amaze me brother."
They head to the zoo where they had fun seeing all kinds of animals. Mariana took a frog and scared Fabiola causing everyone to laugh. Uriel and Fabiola get separated from the others, Fabiola with a shy expression looks at Uriel; "Hey where did everyone go?"
"I don't know, but here, take my hand so that we won't get separated." Suddenly steam blows from Fabiola´s head.
As they walk through the crowd, Fabiola only thinks; "I´m holding Uriel´s hand, this is a dream come true."
"Hey Uriel, there is something I wanted to tell you for a long time now."
"Yeah, what is it?"
"I wanted to say Thank you for saving us from Melissa. I thought I was going to die that night, but stepped in and saved everyone."
"You really think so? I mean I helped in the destruction of the city you know."
"No, that´s not true, you saved everyone that night and I am really grateful, thank you Uriel."
"So I really did good that night huh.." Uriel thinks in his head, he smiles at Fabiola and says; "You´re a really important person in m life, so I will protect you always."
Fabiola passes out with heart shaped eyes. "Fabiola stay with me, are you okay?"
"What did you do, you lolicon" (PPUUUMMM)
Valerie hits Uriel who says; "I didn´t do anything …" Valerie sees Fabiola with a big smile, "Oh my, it looks like someone is really happy there." Maria says with Carolina holding her.
"You really are a lolicon, you know that?" Daniel says to Uriel, Uriel screams; ��I AM NOT A LOLICON" Suddenly, everyone stares at him, the girls and Maria begin to chuckle as Uriel walks away from embarrassment. As he walks, Uriel begins to feel pain in his body.
(BBAADDUUMMPP)
"Not now, I must control it for a little longer."
During lunch time, Sister Griselda arrives to eat with them. Each of them ordered different kinds of foods, from tacos to mole to other traditional plates. They were having so much fun, with everyone making jokes and playing around.
The sun was going down; they walk back to the plaza. "Uriel remember when we raced down the lane to the bus station?" Valerie asks Uriel, Uriel looks up and replies:
"Of course, you always fell and cried about it."
"I did not" Valerie puffs her cheeks and looks away. "Yes you did, and I always went last." Daniel says with a smile, "That´s because you were too small, remember" Valerie says to Daniel.
Maria and the others walk behind them; Maria looks at them and begins to imagine them as little kids. "They sure have grown Maria, I bet you´re proud of them." Sister Griselda says with Carolina agreeing. "I sure am, but as a mother, I know that I can't keep them with me forever." Maria says with tears in her eyes.
"Hey Valerie and Daniel, You know that I will always be there for you, even though I we´re far apart right?"
"Uriel, we know that. You´re our Big Brother and that will never change" Valerie says with a smile.
As they arrive to the ministry, Uriel looks at everyone and begins to speak; "Listen, there is something I need to tell you. The truth is that the day after tomorrow, I will start training."
"So you really are going to it?" Daniel asks with a serious expression, Uriel nods; "That´s right, I am the Horseman of War, I can't deny it anymore. Right now, the evil within me is trying to take control of me even as we speak."
Everyone looks at him worry, Maria looks at Uriel with a warm expression; "Uriel, we already knew, we heard you and Isabella talking. We also know that you will go to Japan after you finish your training right."
Uriel nods in agreement; Maria hugs him and says; "We will all support you, never forget that."
"Uriel do your best, we know that you will succeed." Sister Carolina says with a confident expression. He looks at everyone with confident expressions.
"Thank you, everyone"
Part 5 –Jalisco International Airport
The next day, Uriel and the others accompany Valerie to the airport as he is about to go to France. Maria can´t stop crying; "Wahh, my princess is going away, wahhh"
"Maria you should act more mature, pull yourself together come on, your daughter is only going on trip." Griselda scolds Maria with embarrassment.
"I know, I know."
Sister Carolina hugs Valerie saying; "Please stay safe, you know that the world is dangerous, but I know in my heart that you will be okay."
"Good bye, Valerie, thank you for everything." The three sisters hugs her with tears in her eyes. Valerie hugs each one of them.
"Valerie, follow the path of God and you will never lose your way." Griselda hugs Valerie, "Take care, mi niña"
"I will Abuelita, I promise to come back once in a while"
"I am glad you're going, I won't miss you bugging me all day." Daniel says to Valerie, Valerie begins to tease him; "Come on, I know you´re going to miss having you´re cute sister around."
"Yeah right, as if…" Daniel acts as if he doesn't care. Valerie gives him a sincere smile saying; "Daniel, don't forget how much you´re big sister loves you okay, if you need me just call me."
Daniel begins to cry as he remembers all those years they spent together. "I will, please take care sister."
Valerie puts her fist, Uriel and Daniel their fists as well, bumping into each other. "This is lame" Daniel says with embarrassment. Uriel chuckles, Valerie smiles and says:
"WE ARE THE DI FIORE SIBLINGS; WE STAND TOGETHER HERE AS WE MAKE A VOW TO SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN, ALL OF US. BECAUSE OUR BONDS ARE UNBREAKABLE"
Uriel and Daniel smile, "of course we will." Uriel carries Valerie´s luggage as they go to the other side of the airport. Valerie waves good bye to her family. Uriel walks along side her.
"Valerie you never told me what your job is going to be?"
"Well it´s complicated you see..."
"Uriel Di Fiore, I never taught I would run into you here…" Uriel turns around and sees Christina Tanaka, Chloe Diamont´s manager; she is a well-developed woman with large breast. She has a light brown hair with light brown eyes; she is wearing office attire with a white buttoned shirt, and black jacket with a long black skirt. She wears sunglasses and she is holding an electronic notepad.
"Wait you´re Chloe´s manager aren´t you?" Uriel asks Christina, she smiles and says; "Yes I am, how wonderful of you remembering me."
Uriel looks at Valerie suspiciously; "Valerie, don't tell me that you…"
Valerie punches Uriel´s stomach as she says; "Big Brother, that´s a secret, promise you will keep it."
"Man you are so aggressive sometimes, you know that." Uriel says rubbing his stomach.
"My, oh my, she´s your sister? Now that´s cute. I´m sure she will get along with Chloe" Christina says to Uriel.
"Please take care of her." Uriel asks Christina vowing his head. Christina smiles; "Don´t worry, I look after my idols like my own daughters."
PASSENGERS WITH DESTINATION TO PARIS, FRANCE, ABOARDING NOW
Uriel looks at Valerie with a sad expression; "Come on Uriel, you know we will see each other again."
"I know that it´s just…" Valerie hugs Uriel tightly, she begins to cry as she says; "Thank you for everything you did. You protected us, and you became our role model for Daniel and me. I will never have enough to repay your kindness. Thank you for being the best older Brother."
"This isn't a Good bye, Just a farewell okay, remember that I love you."
���I love you too, now I know that you will lose your soul with that training but promise that when we see each other again, you will greet me with a big smile, promise me."
"I will, farewell, My sweet little sister."
The two siblings take their separate path. The plane takes off, Valerie with tears looks down as she says; "I promise that I will return, someday."
Uriel sees the plane disappear in the clouds; "Valerie, I promise that I will be a stronger Big Brother."
