Neglected by his famously wealthy parents, Cypress Albre was forced to attend public school for the first time, in his first year of highschool. He was naturally introverted and did not make many friends. HIs found his way to video games after he overheard people talking about them at lunch. He became enthralled and spent most of his freshman year playing games and not going out, further ostracizing him from the people his age. That summer a new device was announced, the Bound, it was a device that allowed for full dive virtual reality. By the end of the summer a brand new company named Tempest came out with a no trailer announcement about the game they were creating for the new device. Cypress was instantly hooked and decided that he would try it out. He saved up for an entire years before investing a hefty chunk of money into the company to ensure he became a beta tester. Once he got access to the game it was even more insane than he could have ever expected.
