章節 209: Familiarity

"Your Majesty! They have engaged in battle with the Royal guards when they were refused entry!"

"Battle? Bring me there, at once!" Sierra hastily put in her leather armor and headed out of her quarters.

Opal slithered along on her wrist, curious to know who would be so daring as to engage in battle in a castle. Could it be an enemy they had overlooked? Perhaps Cedric had more supporters than they previously thought. 

'I sense a familiar presence,' Opal hissed to her as they came up closer to the site of the incident. 

Sierra tightened her grip on the hilt of her sword as they approached their destination. She could hear the clashing of metal blades. But there was something amiss. To her relief, no blood had been spilled.

"What is going on here?!" Sierra's voice boomed across the hall. 

At the sound of her voice, all fighting seized.
