章節 58: Chapter 56- The Unstoppable Trio

Kazuki didn't have time to dodge the attack so he casted [body enhancing] and prepared his self in case anything happens. He closed his eyes but heard a loud noise that sounds like glass breaking. He slowly opened his eyes and saw the tip of the scythe being blocked by a barrier. Damien clicked his tongue and glared at the side. There stood a man with white robe and green hair. He was holding a staff and his other hand was fixing his glasses.

"What do you think your doing Argus?" Damien growled.

"You shouldn't be angry Damien" a girls voice echoed and a woman in purple dress appeared in the blink of an eye.

"Now what does the Null and Lightning elementals need? I thought you wouldn't show up" Ifrit asked.

"We were gonna show up but we encountered a SS ranked Naga on the way. It was hard fighting it without Dread" the woman said.

(Note: The woman was Tori, the lightning elemental and the one who created the barrier was Argus, the null elemental. Together with Dread, they were called the Great calamity. No one dared fight them if the three of them were together. Just like humans, they have their roles with Argus as the vanguard, Dread supports by using healing magic, and Tori is the damage dealer.)

Kazuki noticed a sudden change in his memory. He never met the elementals yet he knew a lot of information about them. The same goes to the spells he used. It's as if his memory was altered every time he gets curious or in need of information. At first he didn't notice it because the information being printed into his mind was small but when the this time, all the information about the elementals are being recorded.

He was snapped back to reality when a flash of lightning was sent to Damien. It was an attack from Tori but it was useless because Damien used a shadow to absorb the attack. He then threw a shadow spear at Tori but it was blocked by Argus' barrier.

Kazuki knew he was the cause of the commotion and decided to stop it.

When elementals clash, it could destroy 2 kingdoms. That clash caused the fall of order in the past and the elementals later formed a treaty that when two elementals clash, Argus must be present in order to minimize the damage.

Damien threw another shadow spear but it was caught by Kazuki which made them jaw dropped. Only a person with high dark affinity that could control shadows could catch that spear. Damien smirked and turned to Azrael.

"It seems your successor has an affinity for dark magic. Don't you feel disappointed Azrael?" he said with a mocking tone

"Well to be honest, I feel the opposite. He could control light and dark which balances both magics. He is immune to both you and me" Azrael casually said which made Damien grit his teeth.

He clenched his fist and prepared an instant death spell secretly. The user can't move when activating this spell that makes it hard to use. As it was about to be completed, Argus stepped forward and said, "If you want to fight, then fight us the unstoppable trio."

Veins popped at Damien's face and he slapped Argus with his hand where [instant death] was casted. Argus rolled to the ground and didn't move.
