Finally, Niesha opened her eyes having been brought out of her meditative state by the loud screams following Rita's superb victory. When seeing Athea on the floor defeated, there were flashbacks of her helpless state a mere week prior. If it were not for May and Taf, she would have been stripped of her marker; failing to complete her goal.
Niesha then subconsciously gripped onto the handle of her broad sword having relived the ordeal. That was her lowest point, even now she had not figured out how Rita had arrived at such an effortless victory. As for Rita, she simply took up her batons before making her exit.
With the defeat of Athea, the contestants remaining began to dwindle. So far Davos and Talle had already secured their place in the semi-final round. If form was anything to go by, the match between Caan and Rita was an easy decision, with Rita making it through. It was the preceding match that contained unpredictability; Niesha and Cedra.
The second chapter for the week. I have been enjoying writing this tournament. Though it takes a lot to come up with these fights sometimes, it's a challenge I love. Cedra's weapon is truly unique. I could have given her more potential techniques but Nah sometimes simplicity is best.
As for Niesha, damn she is becoming even more awesome. Anyway will edit later. I am sure there is a plethora of errors. which will take me countless reads to fit.
Creation is hard, cheer me up! Yes it truly is
