The Eptiguire

Isaac Deagan, a marine biologist, is in a research facility in the ocean floor, a small building of steel built only for one researcher. He observes animals and records their behaviors, as well as any new discoveries in this new terrain that had recently been discovered.

But he soon begins to have strange hallucinations, but, he simply ignores them the best he can, trying to focus on his work.

And then the power goes out, and he is cut off from outside world, stranded. He has to get the power back online… but how? His hallucinations grow worse and worse.. and he is too terrified to leave his chamber… but are they really hallucinations?

This story plays with the idea of the unknown and the deep unexplored parts of the ocean. It plays on insanity and on the MC’s mind; is he hallucinating, or is what he is experiencing real?
