When Suri fell asleep, Arielle pulled her husband's hand to sit by the fireplace. The woman lifted her sleeves and showed her blistered hands. Arielle immediately put her index finger to her lips asking Ronan not to make a loud noise because Suri had fallen asleep.

"What happened to your hand? Why didn't you ask the doctor to treat you earlier?"

"Ronan, I think I need to visit Birwick."

Ronan frowned, feeling displeased with his wife's idea.

"What do you mean you're going to Birwick? You're not even fully healed yet, Arielle. We haven't even done the ritual yet…"

"I have a bad feeling about this fire. And someone who knows fire very well is Maxieno. I'm having a hard time getting in touch with him."

Ronan touched her wife's hand gently blowing the burn on Airelle's hand.

"I'm sorry I couldn't protect you two properly. I don't have any power-"
