After spending the night talking about Shwa, I got a bit homesick for missing my children back home and cried a bit before sleeping. That didn't make me want to go back the next day, though.
Not with the blue sky and warm sunlight showering me as I lay on the patio listening to the sound of trickling water and chirping birds while my husband cooked me some breakfast. Nuh-uh. I'd stay for a bit longer in this quiet paradise.
"Isn't it funny? We've been here for five days, but this is the first time we enjoy the morning scenery..." I giggled while looking at the swaying leaves above me.
"Sorry about that," Natha's reply came with a waft of sweetness coming from the plates in his hand.
"I didn't blame you," I raised my upper body so I could sit and receive the plate, which got me gasping. "You made a pancake!"
sorry for not posting yesterday, I was sick and dizzy and couldn’t look at the screen at all
