After making sure Jade was satisfied with the candy, we continued with our journey to a place not far from the commercial district; the financial street.

This second visit to a bank was vastly different. First; the bank was bigger, looking almost like a courthouse. Even then, Lesta said that the one in L'Anaak Eed was bigger, which made me decide that there was no use trying to make sense of Natha's wealth. 

Just as Natha said, the only thing I needed to do was enjoy that wealth. After all, if we could learn that mark of eternal, then we would die together. There was no need for me to receive the inheritance or anything. I looked down and patted the pendant on my chest.
