章節 40: Charles's Vision

"Don't tell me it's true" King repeated while endless streams of tears poured down from his eyes. Charles had no idea what to say go his friend, he understood just how much pain the man must be feeling right now. The burden of his responsibilities, and the burden of love. It was just too much for King to take. He didn't judge that man's tears they were real tears, and he would have done same if he was in this situation.

"What did you really see Charles? Who and what did you see?" King inquired, his behavior nothing like it was a second ago. He seemed wild, almost out of control. Charles did his best to recall his vision. Just trying to remember exactly what he had seen sent shivers down his spine. It was nothing like he had ever seen before, people he had never seen before, and everything about them screamed death.

"Answer me Charles!" King yelled, his words jolting Charles back to reality.
