Days passed by in a blink of an eye, and Dani gradually resumed her normal routines as she helped the Queen along with Krisha and Zaila in her daily duties. 

"Did you already inform your family?" Krisha asked her as they both walked down the hallway. She was currently on her way to help the Queen get ready to pick up her sister, Princess Xenia by the main port of Valcrez. Today was a special day for their Queen precisely because of her sister's sudden visit with King Darius of Cordon to their kingdom.

"Not yet, I'll think about it later," Dani replied with a sigh. "It's not like I'm in a hurry to settle down anyway."

"But the Queen Mother thinks otherwise. Do you think your family will accept the Chancellor, especially Lord Atlas?" Krisha asked her. "He doesn't like vampires nor other beings aside from humans, right"
