General Bludborne shook Marcel by the collar. "Shut your damned mouth!"

Marcel only laughed at the General's outburst. By the Fates, how could he be so calm about any of this? I'm pretty sure the behemoth of a man that was the General could snap Marcel's neck with ease. "What will you do if I don't, Soren?"

As General Bludborne and Marcel continued to go back and forth, a movement behind the men caught my eye. Wellsworth had himself propped up on one arm, his eyes fixed on the sight before him. Shit! All the yelling must've woken him up. Now that I was no longer paying attention to the squabbling men, I could also hear a commotion behind us. My stomach sank. Our wagon suddenly stopped, so the others must've also had to have stopped. We were blocking the already narrow path. This wasn't going to end well.
