章節 7: Back in the bad boys house
Ariel’s eyes flicked opening where the hell was she she wasn’t where she was supposed to be. Shot her friends. Shit they’d be out looking for her.
‘Good morning Ariel.’
Oh shit.
‘Cole.’
He smiled.
‘Where am I?’
‘Home.’
‘No no I can’t be.’
‘Like I said I take no for an answer. I told you if you said no I’d bring you here any way.’
‘No!’ I screamed.
And he kept smiling, grinning at me. He inched his hand forward caressing my face. ‘I warned you Ariel I never take in for an answer.’
‘What do you want from me?’
‘It’s quiet simple Ariel you are my new project. I want to share everything with you. I want you to be one of us.’
‘And the only easy I could do that was by coming here?’
‘Exactly.’
‘You could’ve just hung with me and learnt me the ropes.’
He shook his head. ‘Far to easy and it’s failed so many times before. This was is easier.’
‘What you mean it’s failed before?’
‘My dear Ariel you ask so many questions you know curiosity killed the cat right?‘
She looked nervously at him.
‘I’ve had so many projects and they’ve failed I’m going to make sure this one doesn’t.’ He moved closer to her. ‘I’ll teach you everything you need to know Ariel all you’ve got to do is listen and repeat.’
‘What if I don’t want to?’
‘I think you have no choice in this Ariel. You are here and you will do as I say. You will watch. You will listen and you will do are we clear?’
‘How many?’
He looked at her confused. ‘How many what?’
‘How many have you done this with ? How many have you sucked into your world Cole?’
‘Mmh let’s see we’ll there was... and there was... also there was.. and not forgetting. Around fifteen or so the last committed suicide, I hope you don’t go the same way Ariel I want to show you everything. I want to share my world with you. You’re a strong candidate I only choose the best and the strongest. I hope you don’t fail me Ariel like the others did.’
He leaned down pressing his lips on hers kissing her.
The knock came to the door. ‘Yes!’ He said angrily.
‘Sorry to disturb you Cole your mother is on the phone.’
‘Damn it.’ He looked at Ariel. ‘I have to take this, make yourself at home. Take a shower, go downstairs the guys will make you some thing to eat this won’t take long.’ He said getting up kissing her forehead leaving the room closing the door behind him. She slid from under the covers going into the bathroom to refresh and take a shower. When she came out the shower her clothes were laying neatly on the bed how had they got there? she was wearing her party clothes when Cole has pulled her away. She slipped into her clothes leaving his room going down stairs where the rest of the guys were. ‘Hey angel.’
She smiled. ‘We have pancakes.’ Jay called bringing them in placing them down before he sat down. ‘Good morning. Sleeping beauty.’
‘Jay.’
‘Did you have a good sleep.’
‘I did.’
The arguing shock the house.
‘She’s pissed him off again.’
‘Are they always like this?’
‘Always you’ll get used to it if you stick around long enough. Dig in.’
They all took some pancakes eating. Cole walked in with a tray of juice placing it down sitting next to sriel taking some pancakes. ‘How did my clothes get her Cole?’
‘You have Jay to thank for that.’
He smiled winking.
‘So what your mom want?’
‘The usual bull shit she gives me such a fucking headache.’
‘Seemed intense.’
‘When isn’t it? She’s not happy Ariel is here again.’
‘I can always go and you can..’
‘No!’
She shot back on the sofa. ‘Chill Cole it’s not her fault your moms’ got you worked up again.’
‘I’m sorry Ariel, she does this all the fucking time. She thinks she knows what’s best for me and she knows shit.’
‘Maybe she d..’
‘No she doesn’t Ariel she doesn’t know you at all. You’re different than all of the others at that god damn fucking school. Your really bright. You have the best grades we are happy to call you our friend.’
‘What exactly is you want from me Cole?’
‘I already told you.’
‘You want something more I know you Cole what’s in it for you?’
‘She’s clever Cole.’
‘We need you to help us get our grades up I know you can. In return I’ll show you what we’re all about and turn you into a bad girl I knew you desire to be so much more than you already are so do we have a deal?’
She looked at him and he smiled. ‘Sure what have I to loose.’
He smiled. ‘I knew you wouldn’t let me down babe.’ He said kiss for her cheek.
‘What about my parents Cole? when I don’t return home tonight they’re going to start asking questions.’
‘It’s all in hand my sweet angel. All you’ve got to do is trust us.’
‘Shit my friends they’ll be looking for me I’m so fucking dead.’
‘At a guess Hunter has told them we were invited to the party. He’ll be in more shit than you right now.’
‘How do you know Hunter?’
‘That would be telling princess. But if you are worried about your friends text them.’ He said pulling his phone out.
‘Where’s my phone Cole?’
‘You won’t be needling it . I have locked it away so use mine there numbers are in there.’
She smiled taking his mobile off him texting her friend who replied hysterically with curse words before telling her they were glad she was okay and they’d see her at school.
‘So how did they take the news.’
‘Well considering you kidnapped me.’
‘It was the only way angel. You have so much to learn.’ He said kissing her brow.
