It did not take Su Rui a long time to prepare a few simple dishes for her son. Su Ming Yuan walked out of his room after taking a shower just as his mother was done cooking.

He helped her to set up the dining table and the mother and son sat down to have their meal together.

"You went to the blind date event with your grandfather today, right? How did it go? Did you meet anyone you fancy?" Su Rui asked as she clipped a piece of chicken into her son's bowl.

"Mom, what do you mean anyone I fancy?" Su Ming Yuan heaved helplessly. "The participants this time were the same as the previous one. It's just that it was held at a different venue. I didn't fancy anyone the last time I met everyone. I did not change my mind during this event."

Su Rui pursed her lips as she watched her son eat the dishes she cooked.
