章節 38: Mark is Worried

"Hey Lena, i've been calling Aiden. He hasn't been responding to my calls at all. Do you know why?" said Mark, whilst on the phone to Lena with a worried expression on his face.

"hmm, I'm not sure either. Let me try call Lila, she drove him over yesterday." said Lena, as she hung up the call on Mark.

Mark paced back and forth, his worry evident as he stared at his phone, waiting for a response. 

It is the afternoon and Aiden wasn't responding to him, this made him worried since Aiden was usually quick to respond.

Meanwhile, Lena quickly dialed Lila's number, hoping to get some answers. But after several rings, the call went to voicemail. Confused, Lena tried calling again, only to get the same result.

"Lila, where are you?" Lena muttered to herself, frowning at the unresponsive phone. It wasn't like Lila to ignore calls, especially from her friends.
